Great hot dogs, great story, and great vibe. Usually open Saturday and Sundays.
First time I’ve ever had sauerkraut. Paired with the mustard it was damn good on a hotdog. My wife noticed this place and picked up my food for me so I didn’t get a chance to meet the owner, but she said he was a really cool dude. He’s the one that recommended the sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard. I also ended up with a soda that I remember my granddad always buying when I was a kid. I’m usually a Diet Coke guy, but man that RC Cola brought back memories....read full review

Shysters Dogs is not open 24 hours; the cart appears on weekends or during holidays, or when he's off. The experience is okay overall, but the hot dog is amazing, especially with sauerkraut and giardiniera. The service is top‑notch, and the background story is incredible. Chili/cheese sauce would improve it. RC cola is a nice addition. Highly recommended for all.
