I love Subway and this is my favorite Subway in the DC metro region. It's mostly for the DC workforce during the weekdays, so it gets pretty busy. That said, the food is always fresh. The staff is always friendly and courteous (even with long lines). And the place is always clean. A lot of the staff now recognizes me (hi!) and sometimes I visit this place twice in the same day. Best Subway in DC!
Much quicker service than at the nearby university location. Part of me would prefer that no one else figures that out and comes here instead, but I'm ignoring that part. Edited 8/23/2016 to reflect an additional star. Readers should understand that I'm rating a Subway and that this is a pretty good Subway, but that it's never going to be a fine dining experience; so, four stars is a relative rating. It's a good Subway!

It took some time here for us to finally get the sandwiches but I have to commend the lady making them. She was a one woman show at this subway... for start to end and billing she was handling all of it. The sandwiches tasted great as subway sandwiches mostly do
