We travelled to DC to try Tipsy Scoops as it peaked our interest-booze and ice cream? Say less. We were highly disappointed. The service was sub-par, one was training another and seemed annoyed the whole time. When another party came in, her annoyance became increasing apparent at her trainee. The trainee was great! She was friendly.

Ice Cream Cocktail Mixology — 5 stars, I’ll take 100 more classes! Lumiere Ice Cream Cocktail Class was a vibe! We got to meet CEO of Lumiere, Terrence Wheeler, and sampled the vodka and infused ice cream as well.

I came today to try their boozy ice-cream for the first time and this is definitely a cool, unique place! Although it was crowded. I ordered 1 scoop of the “Spiked Hazelnut Coffee” ice-cream and 1 scoop of the “Dark Chocolate Whiskey Salted Caramel” ice-cream. Both flavors were good enough to make me want to get back into the long line once more and get a couple more scoops!
