Our server was so pleasant. We ate here two mornings in a row since we stayed at the hotel and he remembered us and was so friendly and attentive. Delicious food and love that they open so early for breakfast and that they take reservations for busier times.
We started with the chowder, still the recipe from 1925, which was absolutely out. The beets in whipped feta cheese is also recommended. Entrees were the salmon and the sea bass. The later was in a sauce with a variety of vegetables such as corn, Lima beans, tomatoes, etc. It had a South American preparation, it seems, with just the right amount of spice to it, and again it is highly recommended. Wonderful, attentive service. So many great choices on the menu. Settled on signature clam chowder and brown butter salmon and both were fantastic. Nice selection of wines to accompany. Can't wait to return to try other menu offerings.
