While it’s vegetarian, many of the dishes can be prepared vegan. The BBQ pulled oats sandwich, pastrami panini, grilled cheese and tomato soup were all so good and comforting. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!“

It’s also the only place I look forward to hearing the specials and trying various things on the menu. I go there minimum once a week. Of all the times I’ve been I’ve only had 2 incidents where I was not happy with the cut of meat. When I brought the issue to the servers attention, they went above and beyond to make things right. I suggest making reservations because they are pretty busy from those that have also fallen in love with this amazing restaurant. My favorites are the chicken kebab, lamb gyro, hummus, babaghanoush, baklava, and cucumber salad. I try to get something new as an entree each time I visit. “Beautiful night sitting outside but several dirty tables. However, the food and service, were hands down, fantastic! First visit and will go back! Started with the traditional guacomole made table side accompanied by a delicious margarita. Loved this dish! Tried the Dip Sampler with the warm chips ~ another pleasant surprise with so many flavors. Carnitas tacos were made with fresh ingredients and selected the flour tortilla instead of the corn tortilla. So good!! Mexican corn was ok. I will go back; frankly, can't wait to go back!“

“Dinner at Masamoto was suggested by a friend, so you're getting a twofer review. If you love sushi how can you go wrong?

We went with another couple on a Wednesday night. (Now you're up to 5 people recommending this place-bonus!) The place is small, so we made reservations. Sadly, we were the only customers when we arrived. I was a little concerned, but once rush hour died down the place got busy. The kitchen was hopping, creating table and take out orders. And for good reason.

We ordered a bunch of sushi rolls. They all looked amazing when brought to the table. There's no point in telling you which rolls we order, because they were all great and the menu has so many choices. And they will even make you gluten-free rolls and fried rice if you ask.

You don't go to Masamoto if you don't like sushi, so go and enjoy some wonderful creations.

It's usually true what they say about cozy hole in the wall restaurants. Masamoto is such a place, and deserves to be packed every night. If you want Asian flair and the extra costs for decorations and loud music - good for you, but you're missing out. Masamoto is a mom-n-pop type place with great food and a fantastic staff. They are helpful and happy to take care of you. For me, a genuinely cheery staff is what makes a place feel welcoming.

Masamoto is a place you go for the food and the company. Make some time and treat yourself.
Oh, and bring your favorite saki, wine, or bubbly. They are BYOB. Your belly and your wallet will thank you!
