“They never tell you during the ordering process that there is going to be a wait. Then you get to the window, and they park you. If they made me aware, I would just order something else. This can be an issue if you're on lunch break and only have 30 min. My only other complaint is that once waiting, the fries are hit or miss on being fresh.“

“4 stars bc I love the sugar free options, when they get it right. Ive already accumulated 8,000 points in 5 weeks. However, the vibes are not as friendly as they were the first 2 weeks. They seem annoyed by my orders. I even questioned today's order and was told they hand blended coffee chillers. This is wrong. I wil continue to go and hope the inconsistencies are because its new and hope the attitudes leave with the heat. ☕️💜“

“This Dunkin' was remarkably clean and welcoming! My cashier was very nice and friendly as she processed and delivered my order. The dining room was clean and not messy. The restroom was clean and stocked with a quality Safeguard antibacterial liquid hand soap as well. I absolutely appreciated my beautiful experience at the store! Highly recommended!“

“The coffee and donuts are delicious, but the crew isn’t all that friendly. They act as it’s a bother to serve. Dunkin’ in Princess Ann is much friendlier and on South Salisbury Blvd.“

“This is my favorite location in Salisbury! All the baristas are so friendly! My drink is literally perfect every time, just as ordered! They are consistent. The one and only time I had an issue the person who took my call handled it with such kindness and understanding which was nice because I truly don’t like to complain but they were great and fixed it right away! Keep doing an amazing job south side Starbucks! I hate when I have to go to a different store lol

“Donuts are shrinking badly and are not fresh since ALL of the Dunkin’s don’t bake them in shop anymore. 99% of the staff are extremely friendly but they don’t keep the rude ones too long. It’s my go to place when I want coffee to go.“
