“They never tell you during the ordering process that there is going to be a wait. Then you get to the window, and they park you. If they made me aware, I would just order something else. This can be an issue if you're on lunch break and only have 30 min. My only other complaint is that once waiting, the fries are hit or miss on being fresh.“

“No one else does it like Chick-fil-A! Ever wonder what sets them apart, visit this restaurant! First, there's an army of servers working like a well oiled machine in the drive-thru. Inside is no different. An assistant manager held the door open and welcomed us inside. I had ordered ahead through the app so our meal was waiting for us. We sat down at a table that was well scrubbed and complete with fresh cut flowers. The food was fresh and tasty...no wilted lettuce or overripe tomatoes in my salad. I didn't order a drink, but an older gentleman who I believe was the manager was visiting each table, and when he saw I didn't have a drink went up and got me a large iced water. Amazing service, good food, clean environment and elevated language. It's just fast food, but it was a real pleasure eating at this Chick-fil-A!“

“Depending on the day it can range from slow to lightning fast to get your order. As usual, though, Chick-Fil-A offers great food and wonderful service.

I do feel as though the chicken-based food hasn't had quite as strong of a flavor as it used to have.

This location does not offer salad.

“Arby's is a good fast food place for a quick gyro or sandwich. I dig some of their seasonal options, like the loaded fries or orange shake. There's lots of good places in Salisbury to get a good sandwich, but Arby's is fast and relatively cheap.
You get really good deals during happy hour.

Have never had any substantial issue with this location: sometimes a few tables need to be clean or stuff needs to be swept or some sauces are out or some staff members feel a bit inexperienced, but I've never once had a bad time here.“

“I recommend the Chick-Fil-A located on campus at Salisbury University. The food was served up quickly, hot, and tasted good in true Chick-Fil-A fashion. All tap drinks except for bottled water to purchase. And this location did not have Chocolate Chip Cookie sacks on Saturday 2-18-23; but, instead had Chocolate Chip Brownies which I did not try. There is ample seating at this location inside and outside. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries.“

“I’ll be honest, I usually appreciate a warm “welcome” when I come to a restaurant, so the interaction at the intercom felt a little rushed at first. But the food more than made up for it.
I ordered the Turkey Ranch & Bacon sandwich, and it completely blew me away. It was fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the best Arby’s sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Whoever made my order deserves serious credit because it was clear they cared about the quality. I felt like I got my money’s worth, which is something I can’t always say at other locations.
Overall, this Arby’s made my night better, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance. I’d definitely come back again for food this good, but I don’t want to jinx it - just in case this was a rare thing. I would so hire the person who made my sandwich if I had a food sandwich business. That person deserves “Sandwich Maker of the Year” award.“

“This is my second time having Jersey Mike’s, ever, at this location. OMG!! Please keep the dark skin, young man (sorry, I should’ve asked for his name), on the grill! The first time I came he helped me choose a sub and made it. This time he made it again! That sh** was soooo freaking good! Omg! I don’t even want to try another location! The workers also greet me as soon as I come in the door. All Jersey Mike’s is missing is some thick cut, crispy french fries.. mmm.“

“The Women that work there during the day are hard workers and take pride in what they do and always cleaning and you can tell in the fresh food and most times I stop to get a pretzel ? and they were great However now they got them pretzels stick things and they are not nearly as good in my appion and it was disappointing However I still enjoy stopping in and seeing the very pleasant ladies. They work very hard so please don't forget to tip the ones that take pride in what they are doing. I would recommend this Subway to everyone.

“First outting was rough but it was a brand new store after years of no Pizza Hut so stuff was sold out nothing the managers could do they didn’t expect the hype but they have been building since and been doing a good job I feel when the second location opens by the college it’ll alliveate some of the pressure I have gone many times now and the personal pans are always amazing the wife says the pasta was great and the cheese sticks with marinara were delicious going to get another personal tonight and try the mozeralla stick next the managers are doing there best plus they had menus but they were out after opening was just bad luck u had to use the app scan to use the menu like boohoo technology to give u an option when they were out get over it lol they are doing a great job ppl are just to inpatient anymore“

“I just felt it was important to let everyone associated with this company now that you have an absolute Rockstar working here. I came in this morning for breakfast and I noticed a little blonde-haired lady with glasses hustling. Just hustle in the whole time I watched her take food trays out to people who were in the drive-thru I saw her cleaning the feet on the stools and the tops of the tables. I listen to her having kind conversations with customers and co-workers. She was friendly to me in a moment where I was feeling like I needed it. I gave her a tip. You guys should give her a raise.“
