Normally decorated cookies never taste as good as they look but these did. Everyone loved them! I’ve also stopped in multiple times to pick up items out of the case. The bakery is super cute and the staff is always friendly.“

My friend and I ran the Tough Mudder held a few miles away, and thought it would be fun to celebrate our success with a sweet treat. We ordered 6 custom cupcakes (and two scones, because who doesn't love a scone?!) and got a prompt and lovely response from Tess - she even made two different frosting flavors for us since we couldn't choose On the day we were due to pick up our order, we were running late and Tess assured us we could come after closing to grab our sweets. Come to find that in addition to the TM decoration we'd asked for, she also decorated some of our cupcakes with the TM logo to differentiate between the frosting flavors. And the scones are huge! Everything was delicious and the perfect way to end our race. Plus the shop is ADORABLE! We were sad we didn't have more time to visit and hang out there! Thank you again, Tess!“

“I picked up a 5-inch chicken pot pie for dinner and a salted maple custard pie for dessert. Holy cow, they were so good! Hands down, the best chicken pot pie I've ever had! The 5-inch size was big enough to share with my daughter. The salted maple custard pie was unique and delicious. I usually prefer fruit pies but am glad I tried this. I can't wait to try more of their pies!“

We ended up doing a large tiered cake with different flavors, also purchased our favorite donuts filled with rice pudding. The bakery was very accommodating and easy to work with. “We've now had Viva Vegan make at least half a dozen custom cakes for us over the last couple of years, and they've all been excellent! The head baker/owner Evangelina can handle any dietary constraints. One of our recent cakes had to be gluten free and also avoid a few other common ingredients, and the cake was still very fluffy and moist and delicious... a big hit among all of our guests! She uses organic and high quality ingredients as well, which no other bakery in town does that I know of.“

It’s now so runny with mayo (or whatever they use) that it plops right off our sandwiches. They’ve also seem to cut back on the celery which added a nice contrasting crunch. Please bring back the old recipe.“

“BJs you need to do better with the number of paper products and water customers are allowed during this time. Usually customers are allowed 3 cases from my understanding but during a pandemic it’s really hard to get. Especially TP. One lady directing customers said it’s only suppose to be one. Luckily I was able to get one because I spoke up! She said she was going to be stopping customers and another worker told me she didn’t know. The line was really long to the back of the store but went really fast!“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service in the optical department. I came in hoping that the ear piece could be reattached. The Optical Manager asked me to take a seat, and started to work on my glasses. Mystique not only reattached the earpiece, she made adjustments that fit my face again.
