The customer service by the tall hairline guy with glasses was phenominal; he had helped me expertly through the creation menu with perfect details and a friendly and demeanor, wish I knew his name. He was eager to service me and extremely helpful. All aside, I was expecting more than 1-2 oz of meat with a disproportionate ratio of rice in the platter even though all I ordered was rice, lamb and some sauce. They will make it right in front of you so make sure you get a fair amount of meat because I did not, point being that is matters to cursomter. All love, DR“

“This is the best Chick-fil-A. it's the typical salty Chick-fil-A food that should be enjoyed in moderation, of course, but this particular location has really great service. The lobby is pretty large, and the play place really gives you an option for a fun place to take your little ones. They have this place well-staffed on all shifts, and there are usually workers floating around the lobby making sure the customers have everything they need. This kind of service is getting rare at many fast food establishments. There is never a huge wait here, and if they forget something, there is usually someone nearby you can flag down to fix it quickly. So many other fast food chains are really suffering and the experience has
tanked in quality because there just aren't enough adequately trained people on any given shift to take your order, make and serve your food *and* keep the place clean and the drink, condiments, and supplies stocked and operational. This place is always busy, and it's because people can rely on good service.

Kid-friendliness: They have family nights with games, activities, and promos where they partner with other businesses and organizations. The cow comes out to pose for pictures with the kids too. The play place is always helpful for younger kids to make friends and have some fun.“

“Always an enjoyment to come here. The service is wonderful and they are always so kind. The parking lot to which it is located in is awful, but that is out of chick-fil-a's control. The kindness of the staff outweighs the frusteration of the parking lot.“

“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.“

“I’ve ordered from here numerous times, over the last few months (you’re a household favorite, especially with my 2 boys), and every single time, everything is perfectly made & tastes delicious! “I’ve been coming to Kampo Garden on greenback Road for many many years. This is hands-down my favorite place for Chinese food. The owners are amazing. I think they may have changed hands over the years, but the owners now are amazing. They’ve been there for quite a while. The only reason that I gave 3 Stars for atmosphere is because it’s pretty much a takeout place and not a dine in place. I love it.“

“I was here on April the 8th, ordered food, and while waiting gun shots rang out!!! We evacuated, and I never received my food, and forgot about it!!!! “I am one of their first customers ever. This is the original location. I've eaten their various foodways: quesadillas, chicken bowl, fish tacos. Now I'm eating chicken (flour) tacos, as they seem lighter than burritos or bowls. I tried the roasted garlic cilantro sauce for the first time this week, and WOW, it was delicious. It's a lighter sauce (not creamy) with brilliant flavor. Garlic strikes the right base note, doesn’t overwhelm the other flavors: freshness of the tomatoes, clever char on the chicken, etc. If you've eaten here before, try a new sauce and have a new experience.“

If they want more English speakers to take orders, want their orders correct because some cashier was all alone busy with other orders, greedy enough for fresh fries? Then maybe they should stop complaining and should apply for themselves. The employees get taken advantage by doing the correct orders and others claim they still “did it wrong” as if the employees were their children. If customers don’t want to return, it’ll be perfect and help this store remain for friendlier customers only instead of the pickiest most rudest customers this place has ever seen.“

“I could have not asked for a better team today (8/9/25) at this location. Currently on a bus tour when our tour guide decided this was the place to stop. Dropping 50 plus people on a group of 4 employees. But let me tell ya, you never would have known that there was only 4 employees here. They took charge with a positive attitude and produced 50 plus subs in no time!!! The young lady was memorizing orders while the gentleman were all working in tandem. Needless to say, I am impressed and I am writing this to say those 4 employees need a raise. They took what could have been a less than fortunate situation and maybe it an absolute spectacular show of peak team work performance.“

“Burger King is a dying chain. But my dear friend wanted a whopper so we found one close to us. Even though I went through the drive-through, the inside looked sad and depressing - empty and dim. As most fast food has become - Burger King as pricey now too. But the whopper taste the same. Everything taste the same so no complaints on the food. Fries we’re not hot.“

“The food was fresh and the computers were friendly. imIt was a cool place to sit down on a hot drive. I would recommend that they get rid of the recycled lids and paper straws. They made the drinks taste bad and they broke down fast on a hot a day. Had to take five straws to finish me drink.“

“We are not from.the area nt everytime we go to Lancaster we stop here along the way. Best taco bell bu far. They spread ingredients evenly so each bite has everything. Hate when you bite a cheesy bean and rice burrito and first bite is all the rice then beans etc. This one ALWAYS spreads it which make is sooo much better. Only taco bell that does that. “I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing service I received at the McDonald’s located at 700 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. I went through the drive-thru today (7/20/2025) at 12:48 PM, and I was genuinely impressed.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.

This is exactly how fast food service should be. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by this location. You won’t regret it!“

“Over the few years I actually like the atmosphere and look of current Wendy's like I could sit down and enjoy a meal there.

However the highlight of this place is its accuracy in getting my order right and service. I've ordered from well over 20 times in the last couple years. I can remember only one mistake with a baked potato, but that's it and we are a family of four!

Also, there is a regular employee there that is hilarious and friendly, give him a raise, guys!! He an older guy with a ponytail!“

“What's the point of going here. Go in to order and they person taking orders cannot understand English. Repeatedly said the lemonade I wanted and the person looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. Manager just standing there watching the situation unfold without helping her cashier. Never even got to taste the new lemonade go figure. Just avoid them and go elsewhere. Plenty of McDonald's and others around to pick up the slack. Thanks to the district and regional managers allowing the general manager to run this location without a bit of organization and leadership.“

“One of the better taco bells by far. Staff was friendly when they were available. They do no man the counter like they used to, but the place was great. As we pulled in a worker was cleaning up the parking lot. The bathrooms looked and smelt great. A very clean taco bell, some table tops were freshly dirty and not wiped off. “This is a typical Taco bell. The food is quick and consistent every time you go. Most of the time the staff is polite and friendly. There's not really much you can say about it aside from it's a taco bell. Once in a while you may catch an issue where the chips are a little stale aside from that the food is okay.“
