“What's the point of going here. Go in to order and they person taking orders cannot understand English. Repeatedly said the lemonade I wanted and the person looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. Manager just standing there watching the situation unfold without helping her cashier. Never even got to taste the new lemonade go figure. Just avoid them and go elsewhere. Plenty of McDonald's and others around to pick up the slack. Thanks to the district and regional managers allowing the general manager to run this location without a bit of organization and leadership.“

The customer service by the tall hairline guy with glasses was phenominal; he had helped me expertly through the creation menu with perfect details and a friendly and demeanor, wish I knew his name. He was eager to service me and extremely helpful. All aside, I was expecting more than 1-2 oz of meat with a disproportionate ratio of rice in the platter even though all I ordered was rice, lamb and some sauce. “This is the best Chick-fil-A. it's the typical salty Chick-fil-A food that should be enjoyed in moderation, of course, but this particular location has really great service. The lobby is pretty large, and the play place really gives you an option for a fun place to take your little ones. They have this place well-staffed on all shifts, and there are usually workers floating around the lobby making sure the customers have everything they need. This kind of service is getting rare at many fast food establishments. There is never a huge wait here, and if they forget something, there is usually someone nearby you can flag down to fix it quickly. So many other fast food chains are really suffering and the experience has
tanked in quality because there just aren't enough adequately trained people on any given shift to take your order, make and serve your food *and* keep the place clean and the drink, condiments, and supplies stocked and operational. This place is always busy, and it's because people can rely on good service.

Kid-friendliness: They have family nights with games, activities, and promos where they partner with other businesses and organizations. The cow comes out to pose for pictures with the kids too. The play place is always helpful for younger kids to make friends and have some fun.“

“I stopped by Raising Cane's yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by how simple, yet satisfying the experience was. The menu is straightforward, focusing mainly on chicken fingers, which were incredibly crispy and tender. The Cane’s sauce definitely lives up to the hype—tangy with just the right amount of kick. Even the crinkle-cut fries were hot and perfectly seasoned.

The staff were friendly and kept the place clean, which made dining in a nice experience. My only critique would be that the options are a bit limited, so if you’re looking for variety, you won’t find much beyond the core items. “We are not from.the area nt everytime we go to Lancaster we stop here along the way. Best taco bell bu far. They spread ingredients evenly so each bite has everything. Hate when you bite a cheesy bean and rice burrito and first bite is all the rice then beans etc. This one ALWAYS spreads it which make is sooo much better. Only taco bell that does that. Keep.it up!“

“The staff at this Wendy's were being unfairly harrassed by an an unstable white male as I went through the drive thru tonight. He banged on the doors and yelled through them at the employees, then I saw him walk away back to his car and pick up a rock on the way. He then drove up behind me in thr drive thru and yelled at them through the speaker, pulled out of the drive thru and parked behind the restaurant just waiting. When I pulled to the window, I told the staff what I saw. The shift manager said that he was there all the time and always treated them like this. She said they have reported him in the past but the local police say they can't do anything. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, prompt, and delivered exactly what I ordered. They remained calm and collected while there was an active threat even knowing no one else was coming to help them. I am amazed at how much these folk had to handle while the majority of the staff looked to still be teenagers. No one should have to work in these conditions. If Wendy's is smart, they (or the franchise owner) will look into this situation and give a raise to everyone there.“

“I’ve been coming to Kampo Garden on greenback Road for many many years. This is hands-down my favorite place for Chinese food. The owners are amazing. I think they may have changed hands over the years, but the owners now are amazing. They’ve been there for quite a while. The only reason that I gave 3 Stars for atmosphere is because it’s pretty much a takeout place and not a dine in place. I love it.“

Nothing special, if anything, it's a buit of a pain getting in and out of the parking lot because Chick-fil-A across the way is always packed and always blocking traffic in and out the parking lot. It's nice this location has mobile ordering and is usually ready in 10 mins or so so you can spend as little time there before traffic gets crazy.“

This Arby's was on the top of their game. Very clean rest room (good indication kitchen is clean). Counter guy was great. got our order right. and the manager was simply charming and on top of her game. Roast Beef on an Onion Roll, Small poppers order, small coke, wife had a roast beef meal, and it was good. and I ordered a brisket sandwich to go. We enjoyed our meal.. and we will return 17 miles from home. Love arby's, Yes cost more then most fast food places, but I guess the menu selection limits kids desire to drag their parents here which we enjoy. An observation, As we drove into the parking lot, drive-thru was almost wrapped round the building, no one inside at around 6:15PM. Why don't these lazy people get pout of their car go in to get their orders?They may find it may be faster then wiating in a 5-8 car line..“

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.
