Food was hot, perfectly done, and great presentation. Portions are generous. The past is freshly made and cooked perfectly!! Enjoyed talking with Vincenzo, the owner. We will return.“

“Came for a quick breakfast with the family. The space in this old bank is beautiful and gives it an upscale feel. The coffee, cappuccinos, and hot chocolates were delicious. The sweetie pancakes were great, but the whipped cream and compote took the cake. We didn’t care for the potatoes, but everything else was wonderful. Plus the service was A+.“

“I walked into a crowded short staff restaurant tonight and was treated like an old friend. Everyone was super friendly and it was fun to see the staff enjoying themselves despite being very busy. Food was great, ended up with a mixed sour and lager on the recommendation of the bartender that I really enjoyed. I’ll be back next time I am in town.“

“This place is a rare gem! I live in VA and visit family and friends in the coastal Delaware area often — despite not living in DE I had no issue finding Bella’s Cookies to pick up my order. For those of us who don’t have “ the world as our oyster”, so to speak, we do not mind taking the time to make an appointment to pick up special bakes that are as amazing as the cookies and cupcakes I picked up yesterday afternoon! I am not ashamed to say that most of these incredibly delicious treats did not survive our 2.5 hrs. drive back home — as I could not stop eating them while telling my spouse the entire drive home how amazing the cupcakes and cookies are…were! My spouse who has no special dietary restrictions, like myself, and is usually my “normal” blind taste tester also agreed and raved about how moist and delicious the cupcakes were, and the perfectly baked cookies (crisp on outside with a chewy-yumminess on the inside). I have finally found the one!! … not spouse, but bakery, Bella’s Cookies! “I stopped in at the Starbucks in coastal highway after my morning walk. Cashier was not the most pleasant, unlike most Starbucks he didn’t ask if I needed anything else or for a name. Ok maybe he’s having an off day. I go to use the restroom and it’s dirty. No hand soap and no toilet paper in the dispenser, worst part is I’m sitting here drinking my coffee and I see an employee use the same restroom without asking any hand soap with them. This location needs some follow up.
