“Decent store to get some good food and lunch meat. I got a cheesesteak and fries and they were absolutely the best I have had in a while... they sell little 12" pizzas in there. The prices are a little on the higher end but the food i had was worth it. The have lottery inside and a little smoke shop also. The lady inside was awesome and very personable and seemed that she cares about her customers.“
“I LOVE COUNTRY MAID!!!I saw the sign for this eatery while we were waiting for the light, and I knew that we had to give this place a try!The menu offers various appetizers (such as french fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, hummus, etc.), salads, chicken wings, cold and hot subs, sandwiches, burgers, gyros, chicken fingers, fried chicken, breakfast options, and combo specials.We ordered:+the Cheese Steak - this was generously filled with chopped juicy steak, mayo, grilled onions, and American cheese (you can add additional toppings and substitute for provolone); this was super delicious, seasoned perfectly, and yummy!+the Country Maid Special - a cold sub packed with roast beef and turkey; we asked with all the fixings, which included cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot and sweet peppers, mayo, and black pepper - this sandwich was absolutely delicious! “Went there this morning for some breakfast and got one of the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches I’ve had in this area. Customer service is immaculate. Shiv, the owner is incredibly generous and definitely knows how to run a business the right way. Des who works behind the counter made my sand-which this morning and not only does she know how to work a grill, she is very pleasant to talk too. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get something good to eat. 10/10“
“Awesome food. One of the only spots near by with beef bacon and beef scrapple. And sells breakfast all day. Great sandwich, bacon spread across the whole sandwich so every bite has bacon. Everything else I have ordered was made perfect. Owner is always working. Every time I go in there he is cooking. Great customer service. Definitely a spot I recommend to family and friends when they are in the area.Parking: Difficult to park right out front, tight space and limited . But there is a huge parking alot on the side of the building.“

Rays Deli has all the quintessential Bodega staples: candy, smokes, dishsoap, snacks, household items to get chore*s done, glass?*s for a date. They have drinks, canned food, cakes. They even let me borrow the phone once after being released at odd hours to arrange a pickup before Uber was a thing. Rays Deli(like its neighbors) is a landmark Institution it's the 1st thing ya see coming out of town, or out of prison if you walk up 12th. This store has also had two million dollar plus winners. Stop on by if you are in the area and you can also call your order in ahead so it's ready for pickup.“

They carry a variety of snacks and drinks. Even some fresh fruit! They take cash and card. My suggestion is bring cash - only because it’s a small deli and their card reader may be down. Wonderful customer service and wonderful customers. This deli is a delicious reminder that Delaware has its many little treasures tucked away in the least obvious of places.I had a fresh turkey hoagie. The turkey meat was chopped right off the bone. The tomatoes, onion, and lettuce were crisp. The mayo was the perfect hoagie mayo - with that little bit of sweetness that you expect from mayo on a hoagie sub. THE BREAD???
