“Sasha is by far one of the best waitresses EVER. We have recently become patrons of Cafe Pomodoro. We love the food, atmosphere etc. but wow! What an awesome person Sasha is..there should be more people like her!”
“Came with a friend. We were just wandering and took a chance. We're glad we did. The sandwiches are made fresh and the pastries look delicious but I don't have any room to try any. Will have to make a return trip just to try them. The young man at the counter didn't rush us and explained what was popular and trending. He was sweet because we asked for two different spreads because we were sharing and he was more than happy to oblige. The eating area is full of paintings of all different breeds of dogs. There's also a television with YouTube videos of dogs doing funny/silly things. We felt very comfortable & welcomed. The music was good and not too loud so we could talk without yelling. Definitely coming back! Thanks!!”
“My Family and I had a wonderful Visit for Dinner. Our Server (Tranica # 1861) was outstanding! Very knowledgeable of menu items and created a fun atmosphere. Definitely a asset to your team!”
“This was my first time dining at this Restaurant, and I was promptly seated and met my server Whitney. She offered recommendations, answered any questions I had, and was quite personable as well. I ordered the breaded Mozzarella appetizer, which was delicious, and the spinach dip as well. I wasn’t a fan of the bread that came with the dip, and this was promptly taken off the bill, and I ended up getting Whitney’s recommended chicken and broccoli Alfredo pasta. I very much enjoyed the pasta, and the service really highlighted the staff’s absolute dedication to the satisfaction of their customers. That is a fact that will keep me coming back for more!”
“First class food with relaxed, but upper class atmosphere. Expect to spend more than you would at the food court area, but take in the ambience and enjoy the luxurious food!”
“Sovana Bistro in Newtown Square offers a delightful dining experience that seamlessly blends modern elegance with cozy comfort. Upon entering, the renovated ambiance exudes charm, making guests feel instantly at home. The attentive and warm staff further enhance the welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant visit from start to finish.During a bustling Saturday brunch/lunch, the restaurant remained consistently busy, a testament to its exceptional quality. Seated at a cozy two-seat table by the window, the ambiance was intimate and inviting. The culinary journey truly began with the Bread Board, featuring delectable focaccia accompanied by three irresistible spreads. While the mango mimosa lacked a mango flavor The wild boar pappardelle stole the show with its meaty sauce and perfectly cooked fresh pasta. The Sovana Double Burger, though its patties appeared to be from frozen, still impressed with its flavorful profile, complemented by the indulgent raclette cheese. The accompanying fries, while tasty, could have benefited from a touch more crispiness. For dessert, the Liquid Center Butterscotch Cake provided a memorable finale, its luscious butterscotch filling mesmerizing to behold.Overall, Sovana Bistro delivered a stellar five-star experience, leaving guests eager to return. With its combination of exceptional cuisine, inviting ambiance, and attentive service, it's a culinary gem worth revisiting time and time again.”
“My husband and I went for dinner and will be back soon. Excellent service, wonderful atmosphere. From start to finish the starters, entrées, and desserts were delicious. The drinks were well balanced and beautifully made, from the cocktails to the espresso with perfect crema. Very much looking forward to future visits!”
“Went in to eat for the time after reviewing new Japanese options online. It was a great environment. I ordered a monster roll, a sweet pork skewer and a taro bubble tea. All were delicious. We'll definitely go back.”
“I’m an expat from England who grew up with an Indian takeaway within walking distance wherever I lived. This does not make me an expert but I’m so delighted that Kabab & Curry are pretty much on my doorstep. This food is amazing. I literally took a break from mouthfuls of chicken kadai and samosas to write this review. Spot on. Fantastic grub.”

“Went there as a suggestion from a close friend today. And BOY was I impressed. The food, the sauce and the service was impeccable! I highly recommend this place for BBQ. The drinks were at a perfect temperature also. Plenty of parking and not a long wait.I had the chicken tenders and fries. My friend had the leg quarters. Definitely will be going back there again to try the brisket cheese steak.”
“Malin's is always a treat! We got a cheesesteak, an Italian sub, and a cheeseburger. The cheesesteak was amazing as usual. The sub was the best Italian sub I've had in a very long time - fresh ingredients, crispy lettuce, the right amount of seasonings! The cheeseburger left a little to be desired. It wasn't terrible, it just wasn't up to par with the rest of the food. The staff is always pleasant, whether on the phone or in the store. Overall, this is one of the best deli/sub shops arounds.Parking: Parking lot can be a tight squeeze to get in and out of. I'd suggest parking in the side lot. It's much easier to navigate.”
“Amazing local gem of a Cubano restaurant with relaxing Cafe interior and super friendly staff. Definitely a family run place and they treat you well. Check out the arepas and mushroom soup”
“I love this place! Was seated right away and my server Casey was awesome! Very attentive and kind! The Chicken Pot Pie was excellent and piping hot, couldn't eat it all. Can't wait to return.”
“I enjoyed the café experience. The food, service, and atmosphere of Longwood made the entire night perfect. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking to have a quick bite to eat while taking in the views of Longwood.”
“I was here for a baby shower, and it was a great time! The food was spectacular, and all the servers were super friendly and attentive.Wheelchair accessibility: It was a bit tight in the building and getting through the doors, but my grandmother was able to maneuver with her walker without issue.”
“I love this place!!! They make pots of proper loose leaf tea ☕️ served in real cups. I am so happy we found this place. The baked goods are delicious, the atmosphere is spot on and the owners could not be any more welcoming and nice. We will be back!”
“Read reviews online and decided to try it. Very enjoyable dinner. Great atmosphere and service was excellent. Will dine there again next time I'm in Wilmington.”
“What a great experience! Stopped by for take out and was immediately greeted & offered suggestions from the menu. I decided to try Tonkotsu & Karaage chicken. When I got back to the office I was impressed with the packaging. Secure (broth you know!) and my ramen items were packed separately from the broth. Very nice - nothing was "water logged" from swimming in the broth on the drive back.Ramen was very tasty & I enjoyed the large portion and crunch of the Karaage chicken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more!”
“i enjoyed my stop here so, so much! i got a squash and corn empanada—which was very tasty—and an iced coffee with a healthy dose of vanilla syrup.literally every single employee i interacted with here was so nice and welcoming! i would recommend this place based on the service alone.there was a decent amount of indoor seating, but TONS of outdoor seating, which i took advantage of due to the nice weather. it was a really great place to spend some time writing and just enjoying the sunshine.they also had quite a few pastries (and some interesting retail items, i believe), and i look forward to trying some of them out the next time i stop by!”
“Spoke with Romeo last week after trying his food for the first time about doing wings and Mac for my daughter's 5th birthday. Was an absolute hit. The Jalapeño Lime wings are a must. He takes pride in what he serves and it shows in the quality of food.”
“Three Amigos is such a wonderful addition to Wilmington! Delivery or dine-in! Food is excellent, authentic and fresh! Staff is VERY friendly! Treat yourself and enjoy.”
“Met a group of friends here, and all raved about how good the food was! Coffee was also excellent and the barista tweaked it just to my liking. My only complaint—the digital menu’s font is tiny! Better to read the menu online on your phone.Parking: I always park at the Kennett square garage. Easy to access downtown, clean, and safe.”
“Celebrated my son’s 14th birthday with 6 of his friends- Maria and Sandy were wonderful servers!! Pizza was delicious and environment lovely! Thank you!Parking: A lotKid-friendliness: Great”
“This place is your neighborhood gem. My croissant was so fresh I could still smell the bake. Fluffy, eggs made infront of you to perfection. The coffee you ask pfffff. The barista puts her soul in your cup. Order the hot latte with lavender and oat milk, your welcome.”
“I have only heard great things about this place. Finally made the stop and wow… talk about good vibes! I promise the line is worth it. The shaken espresso with classic syrup was perfect. Tough deciding on what to eat, landed on the cheese, bacon and green onion scone. So. Good. Found a seat next to a bowl of motivational messages written on stones. This place is more than stopping for a coffee, it’s an experience.”
“"Woodside Creamery is the best ice cream I've ever had! The flavors are so unique and delicious, and the ice cream is always fresh and creamy. “I was visiting from out of town and was looking forward to some good pizza. I wasn't disappointed! The mushrooms were particularly good, but this area is the mushroom capital of the world, so that makes sense. The guy running the place was friendly and funny. Thank you!”
“It's our new go to for good pizza. Today we tried the white pizza with ricotta. When we got it home, I added a little pesto. The combo was really good.It may not be for everyone, but my Wife and I do like the crispy crust that when you pick up a slice and give it a fold, the tip of the crust doesn't sag.Worth a try.”
“Always solid pizza with some unique toppings. Ricotta, sausage and long hots is my personal favorite. Tried the wings and they were very good. Also had a great superbowl deal. Fair pricing. Have been about 7 times now and have always been happy with my meal! Usually do takeout but always clean and relaxing setting inside.”
