“We tried to go here one weekend and the parking was so bad we skipped it and visited another time. The potatoes were the standout of the meal. They were crispy seasoned pieces of heaven. Absolutely wonderful! Egg bagel, acai bowl, cappuccino, and latte were good. It looks like all orders are packed to go or maybe they just assumed we weren't dining in so the food was packed up in a bag and we drank out of paper cups . I would have liked a plate and a mug. This is a dog friendly place, and the one near us was on his best behavior.“

“I asked went to this location to receive my birthday reward, which was a free drink. I was super excited to redeem the reward because I have no money to spend for Starbucks right now, and a free drink that I would normally pay over $6 for is a great benefit. I ordered my reward through the Starbucks app, and it was done by the time I got there - less than 10 minutes after submitting my order. The barista was super nice, and my drink was DELICIOUS. I would love the atmosphere IF 95% of the seats weren't filled with people sitting on their laptops (working I guess). I get it, I'd do the same. I'm just too introverted to be around that many people.
Like I said, the drink was amazing; however, Ill never honestly be able to justify spending that much on my beloved Frappuccinos on any kind of regular basis. Even if I hit the Powerball one day, I am no longer cool with spending that kind of money on a darn COFFEE, or $40 on a branded mug, when there are people who don't even have food to eat or a place to live in this country...yeah, a bit deep for a Google review, lol. Anyway, if you are so inclined to come here every day or just for the occasional treat like myself, the customer service I've experienced here has been wonderful, and the drinks made perfect every single time.“

“The coffee is good, but there are always flies at the tables. I am also disappointed with the policy (or perhaps it was just one barista's lackadaisicalness, because I don't recall that being the response on every visit) that you can't get water with your order. It's annoying as an already paying customer to have to buy a bottle to get a drink of water. And especially when I order a double espresso. I would still return because it's convenient and the coffee is good, but less enthusiastically after my last experience.“

“This place is great. I drive a little further just to come to Long Neck. The girl that works the drive thru lane on Saturday mornings ROCKS!! Everyone is always friendly and I come there for that reason alone .... plus I'm obsessed with their coffee! Thank you for good old fashion customer service and for being friendly. “This Starbucks is inside the Giant foods grocery store. I'm not sure why, but the lattes I have had from here are particularly GOOD. White chocolate mocha (hot) is smooth and creamy without any acidity that you sometimes get from other stores. Other drinks like strawberry refreshers have been well made. Nice polite staff.“

“Great experience! This is a drive-thru location, but also has a window if you want to park and walk up. The staff is delightful! They helped me find just the right decaf drink for my evening stop, filled my water bottle after a long day of travel, then I stopped the next morning for breakfast on my way out of town. Both experiences were lovely! The store is clean and modern. The staff is top-notch at this location!“

“Outstanding McDonald's restaurant in Long Neck Delaware. We stay at a motel very close to here and enjoy breakfast every vacation and or business trip morning here. Highly recommended for breakfast. Very friendly staff always and the Manager is very pleasant and friendly and remembers me every time I order breakfast.

Parking: If you chose to walk in and order breakfast instead of going through the drive through like myself you have to pull in around to the middle of this parking lot and park it's much easier. Next to the marked drive through parking only to your left.

Kid-friendliness: I see children with the parents all the time here.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't use a wheel chair myself yet I could see the access for wheel chairs here are absolutely available to use on the entrance I use.“
