Update from my very first review it’s now 2024 and it’s gotten worse the ppl they hired … the food is always cold they forget everything you ask for, I just will they would get better. Or maybe that my sign to stop going. Either way hopefully the Popeyes that’s going to be across the street will be take the place.“

“I had my order incorrectly made. There were missed communications between the app and the store. I called to the store. Maria helped me out in regards to my order situation. She was very professional. She explained to me what she had. She patiently listened to me and handled my issues with professionalism and took care of my needs immediately. “I recently visited the Wendy's in Smyrna and had a mixed experience. The food was good overall, but the service was inconsistent and the fries were unevenly cooked.I ordered a Dave's Double cheeseburger and a small order of fries. The burger was cooked to perfection and was juicy and flavorful. My fries were cold, but my wife's fries were so hot that she could not touch them.Overall, I had a mixed experience at Wendy's in Delaware. The Smyrna location is the best, but the inconsistent service and unevenly cooked fries were a letdown. The food was good, aside from the cold fries. If you are looking for a quick and affordable meal, Wendy's is a good option, but be prepared for a mixed bag.“

“Absolutely no idea why the reviews of this place are so low. The staff is always courteous without fail. The food is always served fresh and hot. I have them a 5 for atmosphere but realistically, it’s a drive thru in Smyrna. I am not here for the ambiance. These folks work really hard and I never have bad service.“

“Stopped in for lunch at the Smyrna De location today 8/7/2025 at 1140am..the chicken was hot and freshly cooked and the mashed potatoes was hot...the crew that was working 2 guys and a lady was very friendly..This is the best KFC I have eaten at in a long time...Great Experience...“
