“I would like to recognize three staff members who went above and beyond this morning: Hanaan, Aryn, and Joella. I had a lunch meeting scheduled for 12:00 p.m. for 15 people, but due to an internet issue at my location, I was unable to place my order online. When I arrived, Aryn immediately asked Hanaan and Joella to assist before the lunch rush began. Before I knew it, they had my entire order prepared, bagged, and ready to go in no time. Their teamwork, efficiency, and willingness to help made a potentially stressful situation completely seamless. They displayed outstanding customer service and professionalism, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you again, Hanaan, Aryn, and Joella, for going above and beyond!“

“The cafe manager Alicia, and the head chef came to speak with my wife as we're dealing with some minor allergies, they went way further than any other restaurant we've been to and made sure my wife and 1 year old had everything they needed. They made the food absolutely amazing and showed how much they put the guest first, absolutely amazing food and selection.“

“The place is clean with a friendly and nice atmosphere! My son and I had Oxtail Pho and Fried Calamari for dinner. It was quite delicious, and we did not have to wait long for the foods to be served. Excellent service! Good reasonable price for the quality of foods! The good nature and friendly chef also was outside at our table greeting us and brought out a good pot of hot tea to start. I had a chance of speaking Vietnamese with him! I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family here!“

“Finally a place where you can control how much you eat and choose each ingredient! This was perfect for a small appetite, as we seniors have. Of course, one can also pig out, too.
It took a while to figure out how it worked, but choosing our own meat and or combo veggies, salad, rice, toppings, dips and dressings was quite easy once we read the lists on the front of the bar area.
The serving woman serving us was very pleasant and helpful.
I had a bowl of two kinds of greens, chicken, combo veggies, tomato, cucumbers, Greek olives, feta tzatziki sauce and Greek dressing. It hit the spot!
The only thing I didn’t like was the music. It was too brash, repetitive and intrusive.“

“My experience on Concord Pike was wonderful. If I ever need help with the Kiosk they immediately help. Wish the boxes for food were a little larger but I always enjoy my food. I wanted to leave a tip but wanted to leave it in cash but was too cash is not accepted. Next time I will add to my bill. Thanks for the heads up and I am sure my food will be great as always. Kudos to you guys!“

“I go here at least once a month for my poke fix and the staff are always friendly, patient and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. I usually choose the sushi rice base (or salad base for low carb days), with spicy salmon & tuna, ginger, cucumber and seaweed salad topped with spicy mayo & eel sauce. But there are so many combinations you can choose from. And a bowl cost about $13 (for the Regular size option). I love sushi so this is right up my alley lol I highly recommend. Here are my bowls over the past 3 months.“

“I would die for this Panera Bread. I have been going here for 15 years and they continue to have the best Mac n cheese out of any other Panera Bread restaurants I’ve been to. I’ve tried Panera Bread’s in Alabama, Georgia, California, Kansas, St.Louis, Colorado, New York, Washington, +, and none of them beat this one. I even got someone I know to drive from Pennsylvania to try this one because it’s that good. People try to tell me all Panera’s taste the same but they don’t. Thank you pls don’t go out of business.“

“When served fresh and by the slice, I think this is as solid a slice you can find in Delaware.
Doubly so for the fact its in the heart of trolley.
At times, the dough can feel a bit spongy, but I think thats a matter of preference
A better sauce would also be nice, its rather bland as a whole pie“

“Amazing customer service, the chef in the back made us this seafood platter and it was great but they forgot to add the shrimp but the person upfront was super friendly and helpful he was very understanding and offered many ways to help. I really recommend this place you will not be disappointed.“
“Absolutely outstanding pizza! Retired US Marine-Wife Army who drives to Picciotti’s at Delaware Park from Aberdeen (APG) Maryland weekly for this ? pizza! We relocated here from Illinois and this is our go to Pizza Place. We get a large meat lovers to go. Mr. Omar does an outstanding job preparing pizza. He is very personable and has a great attitude. “My Daughter and I had the BEST lunch today! I would like to Thank Ms. Ashlie and Mr. Bob for the great service they provided us. My Daughter and I were traveling to a Doctors appointment and not from the area. After the Best Lunch we got in the car to head home. We had 2 hours on the road. I looked back at my daughter and she had a little bag of goodies from you all. She was so excited. She played the whole way home. “Out of all the chick fila we have been to - the staff and food here were better than the others. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh.
There is a staff member named Yuri who was helping a mom of 4 young kids. He was assisting her in cleaning up and also cleaning up the baby while she was helping her other kids. I have never witnessed that type of service before… Yuri went above and beyond - and then he also went around making sure everyone else had what they needed…
I hope Yuri gets acknowledged as well as the rest of the staff who were here today (11/15/25 lunchtime).“

“Great food, my only wish is that they would switch to healthier oils like avocado, Extra Virgin Olive Oil would be the best. All the seed oils are killing us literally, vegetable oil, canola oil, peanut oil. All the crap in the salad dressing, the only somewhat healthy dip that doesn't have high fructose corn syrup is the hot sauce. All the dressing are corrupted with crap. Get your act together, protect your patrons. The people that have made you #1.“
