Rays Deli has all the quintessential Bodega staples: candy, smokes, dishsoap, snacks, household items to get chore*s done, glass?*s for a date. They have drinks, canned food, cakes. Friendy staff & they'll fix you up something Bangin from a decent menus (try fried-?.) They even let me borrow the phone once after being released at odd hours to arrange a pickup before Uber was a thing. Rays Deli(like its neighbors) is a landmark Institution it's the 1st thing ya see coming out of town, or out of prison if you walk up 12th. Seeing Rays Deli let's you know you've entered Noth side, & whatever that may mean to you.“

“I have to admit, I kept my expectations in check when I saw the uninspired exterior of the building and slightly wilted quality to the neighborhood aesthetic, but this was a classic case of a building not being fancy, but the food inside is great. Hands-down, this one of the best deli sandwiches I have ever had. The store owners are also the deli chefs, and the simple salami and provolone sandwich I had was very fresh, tasty, and a remarkable value at only $6. The owners were friendly, kind, and clearly popular among their neighborhood customers, with a cozy, familiar vibe inside the store. If you’re in Wilmington, DE and craving a sandwich, I recommend you give Concord Deli a try, it’s worth the stop!“

“The service is perfectly fine. Plenty of junkie snacks but, like most other convenience stores in this lovely city, there is a lack of healthier choices. I can't really hate on them though. Just wish they had a tiny little fresh food section like dash-in or sevs. It's triple good.“

“This little place on the corner of 3rd and Scott has GREAT breakfast specials as you can see by the menu and prices. The food is so good. I always get the bacon, egg and cheese on wheat toast with extra bacon. ...yum! And the fried potatoes are amazing as well as the French toast.“

“I enjoyed the blue crabs I got from here. Upon ordering we were asked if we would like to add beer as an ingredient and we said yes. This gave the crabs more flavor and made them very juicy. They have a hot or mild seasoning to choose from. The hot is spicy so be careful. Adding butter garlic is an extra charge. We also tried the Cajun crab sliders. They were a bit too spicy for us, but tasted good. All forms of payment accepted.“

Also as expected, tho, there's always some Lunch Special you don't know about until you get there, and there ain't a reliable online menu to be had-- the Crew must be confused by Brown Bag's 5K meal options, too, because they're good for giving you inconsistent info for phone orders (but in a friendly way). Their fries are the ones you really wanted, and I'm a big fan of their cheesesteak platter.For the neighborhood, for the Carvel Bldg, and for Redding, Brown Bag is an awesome standby.“

“Highly recommend this place!!! Good food at good price. I always have positive experience and receive good service. I have tried many different items and all tasted great, were cooked well and was great value. I got pizza for myself and chicken, fries, onions rings and cheesecake for kids. They always love it. One of my favorite places. Must try!“
