“As entreprenuers we travel the world and the unknown and get to have great experiences with people. Today we visited World Famous Grill in Downey and Hassan was the perfect gentleman. He helped us with a Kabob Combo Plate with hummus, rice salad and pita bread along with their famous Western Burger which was monstrous and delicious. Our daughter was also able to order chicken nuggets and fries as well. We appreciate these small businesses opposed to all the BIG corporations who usually say no to us asking for food. Thank you again World Famous Grill.”

I was expecting it to be a traditional burger plus a grilled pineapple but instead it was a traditional burger with the choice of beef or chicken teriyaki added to it. It was very good. Fries were good, not too crisp but not quite mushy. Overall a great taste, good price, fast service. Worth all the good reviews.”

“Recently came here for an early dinner and I have been here a few times in the past and it totally slipped my mind to write a review in the past; so here I am today. This place never disappoints, I love the food here. Everything will everything on my plate was awesome. I had the chicken soulavki plate, everything from the chicken, salad, fries, hummus and pita bread was delicious. Staff is nice and friendly, place is spacious, clean and inviting. Next time I will have to order the greek potatoes to go with my chicken plate. If you are in the mood for greek and you are in the neighborhood check it out, you won't be let down.”

“Delicious meal here. We had the gyro bowl, the chicken bowl, and the chicken kabob plate. If you're not starving, I highly suggest sharing the chicken kabob plate! I also enjoyed the little surprise that was the fried Pita shell that accompanied the bowls! It reminds me of a tostada salad, and I LOVE IT!! We must've come in right after the lunch rush, I expect because there was no one in, so the wait for our food wasn't long at all. Place was clean and lots of seating for big and small groups! Just a note, parking can be a bit tricky on busier days/weekends, so just keep an eye out for that!”

I didn't want to drive all the way back over there if they weren't preparing my order. It was a bit of a hassle But they gave me a whole new order and a soda when I got there and let me keep the old order. Check your before you leave the restaurant!”

“Always enjoy going to Kyoto, but especially this location. Our entire family came to celebrate a birthday and it's great that this location has long tables to accommodate around 11 people. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. It wasn't a busy night when we went , so our orders came out quite quickly. We ordered the Spider Rolls, Yellow tail sushi, calamari, Tonkatsu ramen and bell peppers that are on their appetizer list. Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. Will definitely come back again.”

The sweet potato fries with whatever you decided to sprinkle on them were delicious. The tots, wings and tenders were pretty good too.Today I visited one for the first time in a while. To my surprise and shock, they no longer have sweet potato as an option which I felt was the star of this whole food experience.I hope this is temporary and something that's up with this particular location. Parking lot is huge as they are located in a large mall. Jasmine Milk Tea at 75% was much too sweet for me, I'll definitely order 50% next time. Honey boba was delicious! At first it was a lil mushy, but once the drink sat in ice for a while, the Honey Boba firmed up and developed that amazingly bouncy texture that Taiwanese drinks are known for. Music is appropriately not too noticeable, great background music to work with. They have lots of outlets along the wall, 5-6 large tables, and one super long community table. I will totally be coming back again!”

My dad and I came here after seeing that our normal place was packed. So worth it! The salsa was amazing. They give you homemade tortilla chips with that salsa and it's bomb! We ordered the molecaje and queso fundido. Also amazing. They had the dodger game on and it was a bit noisy but overall a fun time with great food. I can't wait to go back!”

Most of the trays were empty but that's ok, what we had was delicious.I ordered the veggie omelette. Everything had so much flavor. My choice of drink was the agua fresca watermelon flavor. When you order your drinks, order your food at the same time. We placed our drink order and still needed time to look over the menu for the entree. It really just depends on how busy they are and who your server is. The food is always great and it’s awesome to go during happy hour which is from 3 to 7.”
