“Took my boys in a tour of UF and our guided recommend we grab a bite here. The tacos did not disappoint! Everyone enjoyed their meal and our waitress was wonderful. The owner made sure to make his rounds and check on each table during our visit.“

“Everything was on point, we had the chef special, egg rolls, a burrito and a taco. My fave was the Al pastor egg roll, the beans and rice were really good also! Very strong 8/10 if you’re looking for great Mexican food Tony is your guy!“

“I've been hunting for an authentic Mexican restaurant since we moved to Florida 1 year ago. This is it. We ate here on a Monday night, and the restaurant was packed and had plenty of take out meals going out the door. The quality of the food was equivalent to El Fagon in Playa del Carmen, my all-time favorite Mexican restaurant (if you've ever been there you know what I'm talking about!) We ordered the taco platee ( I chose 1 taco each of Al Pastor, Chorizo, and Carnitas). My husband ordered the Al Pastor burrito. Delicious! We were given both green and red salsa, both delicious and spicy. Great beer selection. The service was great. No frills decor, but that's what we expect at an authentic Mexican restaurant, so we felt right at home during our meal. If you like good Mexican food and you're in Gainesville, this place is a must visit.“

“Thank you for the friendly awesome service and delicious Mexican food!!! Mexicans love great Mexican food! We had a fabulous UF graduation dinner with our party of 25!! The margaritas were amazing! Shots of patron helped get the party on! My daughter loved the birria tacos. My husband said the churasco steaks melted in his mouth! Two bites and down! Delicious!! I can’t tell you how grateful we are to you guys! We chose you because my daughter is part Mexican and because of your rating on google and you lived up to that!! Thank you again!!!! “This little food truck is on NW 13th Street on the way to Home Depot on the west side of the road by the hydraulic store building. The tacos are 4 for $12 and you can select two meats. I chose lengua and burria. The lengua was cut very small and was chewy, whereas it is usually the most tender meat. So my guess is that it is not a popular menu item and may not be a great choice from a food truck. But I gave it a whirl. The birria was really beef and taste more like barbacoa. It was good, too. They use the very small soft corn tortillas so when 4 are laid out, it fills a 'to go' box. They were not the best but far from the worst tacos. I will go again to try the other meats. Very friendly and efficient young man takes the order and the ladies prepare the food. I do love that they put the tortillas on the grill as well as a half jalapeno, so the burn marks show. It is good and fairly quick. Worth a stop!“

“The food was great and well seasoned. The service was fast and friendly. I had gator bites, a fish taco and a steak taco. The fish taco was a bit too saucy for me but the flavor for both tacos was awesome.
Would highly recommend.
It was hard to find on the GPS but after we parked in the garage we walked to the door which is off the street.
There are plenty of vegetarian options as well.“

“We really enjoyed the food, but the service was a let down. One entrée came out before the other 2, without the sides and without the tortillas. When the other entrées came out they didn't have their tortillas. The waitstaff got each item individually instead of bringing them together after we had to ask. Drinks were not refilled promptly at all.
We dined around 5:30pm.“
