“Place is beautiful, modern, cozy and super clean. Food is really extraordinary ! We stopped by in Jacksonville during a road trip and were so pleased that we found this place. We had pasteis, cheese bread and tapioca as appetizers. For entree we had lasagna, risoto with ribs, picanha and pasta al limone. Everything was absolutely delicious, really outstanding food quality. Chocolate mousse and dulce de leche petit gateau are a must. Highly recommend Rustic21 if you are a foodie :) We will be back for sure!! Thank you!“

“I really wanted to give 5 stars because the food is always amazing, the servers are incredible, and the managers are really on-top of everything.Unfortunately at the very end whoever brought over the credit card reader (I didn't catch her name) was very rude when our card was denied. Our card shouldn't have been rejected but their machines wouldn't let us enter in a PIN code.Other than that we love this restaurant but the final waitress that took payment didn't match all of the other service.We spent $370+ tip on our bill so we definitely expected the waitress to be more pleasant as we were leaving.“

“This is a clean and spacious grocery store with casual dining inside. We just missed the buffet when we got there, so we ordered from their menu. I got the Picanha steak with onions , white rice , and beans . The steak was seasoned well and was flavorful and tender. They also had an array of desserts and pastries. I tried the custard filled donut and it was delicious! Not too sweet and had a generous amount of filling. The staff was very friendly and encouraged us to come back earlier next time for their buffet, which we definitely will!“

“Authentic, delicious and affordable food plus all the grocery items I grew up eating. EVERYTIME I walk in here, I get so excited by browsing through all the shelves and I often end up sticking around for a hot meal whenever I have the time. It’s like a little taste of home. Make sure to pick up some of their Pão de queijo from the frozen section before you leave. You won’t regret it! Love love love!“
