“Some chipotle stores will give u hardly any meat which is totally wrong. It’s been getting smaller and smaller, cheating people out of their money. Sierra not only was super helpful and gave me a sample of the chipotle honey before ordering the entire burrito full of it, but she was also fair in the amount of meat she gave us. She didn’t overdo it to the point of cheating the company, but she was fair and I respect that. Thanks to that, I won’t give up on chipotle just yet (my kids and I love it but definitely if their other employees nationwide keep being crazy stingy, we may have to say goodbye).

With her energy, respectfulness and efficiency, I’m surprised she is not the manager or supervisor. Those are the kind of people who should be in management. Or at the very least recognized and shown appreciation by giving them a raise!“
“Now when they first came to town, didn’t like but over the years they have perfected their craft….The beans, the meat, the salads, the burritos.. they all have more flavor, most is fresh every day. The avocado is awesome, spices are nice not bitter or old. Put all this together in a bowl and you are in business. Now the burritos, wow, only takes one but two if you feel lucky… well do ya??? “Seems every time I go to chipotle the line servers go on a diet with the servings. I ask for chicken and they give me a half of spoon. I ask for more because what he gave me could not possibly be a full serving. He agreed and gave me 3 more cubes. This is the 2nd time i had an issue with being short changed when I am paying for what I am asking for. I requested an additional spoon for an additional charge and was told i could not do that. Wtf!!! I will not be patronizing the san jose location again.“

“My experience at chipotle today was amazing. One of the new hires to Oakleaf name Briana was outstanding. She greeted the customers as we came in, she was very polite and inviting. Briana give out the right amount of food. I usually don’t not feel full but today, I felt full and I had left overs. Definitely go to chipotle while Briana is there. She will hook you up. I usually do not have a good experience at this location but my boyfriend wanted me to go and I do not regret it. She was an amazing employee and I will definitely be going back while she is there.“
“Mark the manager was EXTREMELY helpful. For some reason I can never order the quesadilla online but it’s digital only and any other chipotle I’ve been to always tells me there’s no way I can get it besides ordering from the app. Mark and his team actually tried to help me and when they saw I wasn’t able to they still made it for me and were so nice about it. I haven’t been to chipotle in almost a year because the last experience I had bc of this issue was so horrible. They’ve got me as a customer forever. Thanks ?“
“Ordered on the app tonight my veggie bowl was missing the veggies 😢 the food tasted very lemony maybe the guacamole had too much lime juice or something just disappointing…. I wanna update and say they reached out and sent me a reward for a free entree and I definitely appreciate them making it right ! Thank you“
“Chipotle, in recent years, kinda fell off its game, imho. Menu didn’t really change, yet prices kept rising and rising. I’ve always said they should make quesadillas. They have everything to make them, so why not? Finally, they put it on the menu!! But unfortunately it’s only for online app ordering or online order. Just add it to your retail store menus Chipotle!! I know it sells well. I know they are trying to get some traffic through online, but that’s what innovation is for. Come out with new products more often! Quesadilla was awesome. I normally hate flour tortillas, not traditional Mexican by any means. But Chipotle is on point with theirs. They are chewy, less raw tasting, and have a unique texture and flavor. Definitely give these a try!! Corn salsa has also always been a favorite of mine.
Vegetarian options: Menu is practically half vegetarian. Sometimes I even get the vegetarian offering. Chipotle also offers vegan tacos and burritos, chips and salsa, drinks.
Parking: Plenty of available parking. Most locations are like this. No need to worry. Fellow customers are usually in and out quickly.
Kid-friendliness: Have small portions with chips and salsa or guacamole for kids. Soft or hard tacos. What kid doesn’t love tacos?!?!“

“I ordered online for pickup today around 9:10ish. I Doordashed two different orders from there before I decided that it smelled really good and wanted to eat there 😄. My first time trying their quesadilla, I actually decided to eat it the "Keith Lee" way (I think).
I think they already knew what was up because my vinaigrette came in the souffle cup up on the side. Appreciate that btw ❤️
The food was nice and hot and ready when I got there, There was a decent portion of meat in the quesadilla, and It was super cheesy. You've got some great workers at the store chipotle!
The picture I shared I already put some of the sour cream in the vinaigrette. Honestly it tasted just as good without it. I guess if you eat their quesadillas a lot it's a good way to switch it up.
I had originally planned to pick it up and continue Dashing while snacking on it but, personally? I had to pause my Dash to devour it because it was that good.“
“This location can always get my food right but my problem is the app. It sucks completely. You guys need to revamp the app. How is it that I can put an order together but I cannot cash out with my gift card or even pay another way except Apple Pay. That is trash. 😒“
“Food is good but one of the workers' attitudes was not so good. I asked one of the workers about the meat choices and stated I didn't want anything that was spicy. She pointed out what was supposed to be not spicy. I get home to try to enjoy my bowl n my mouth is burning from the spice.“
“Every single time I’ve been to this Chipotle location in particular they have been outstanding! The crew being the best part. It’s usually been the same couple people when I’ve gone and whether it’s busy or not they work so hard and ensure that you are well taken care of! So grateful for all the hard work they do to serve this delicious food!

“My family swung by at around 10pm, great young men working the food counter and on the grill top. The guys were super kind, respectful, customer focused and hard working.
The only downside was paying at the counter. The woman had me run my card 3 times due to credit card machine issues. Before I left, I inquired if all our items were in the bag, got home and was missing a meal. Wasn't happy about that at all.“
