“I had a great experience at the Pizza Hut on Merrill Road! Everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. The service really stood out—Erica, the GM, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and runs a tight ship.

“(Keep in mind LARGE family 2 adults and 5 kids)…So 2 weeks ago we ordered dominoes delivery we get the pizza cold and burnt we call back explain what’s wrong very rude but sent us another pizza 45 mins later the exact same way!! This weekend we decided on Pizza Hut and OMG food is beautiful and HOT kids even said oh wow this is WAY WAY better than the dominoes thank you Pizza Hut!!!!! 🥰😁😁🥳🥳🥳“

“Our last experience with Pizza Hut wasn’t fantastic so the manager issued a $10 credit for our troubles. When we came into the store to make our next purchase, Abby Friedel wanted to ensure this experience was much better than the last.
She showed genuine concern about our prior experience and made sure she understood the issue we dealt with.
It is evident she is a strong leader and cares about delivering exceptional quality every time. Because she did not shy away from a bad experience and directly addressed my prior concerns in person, I will make sure that my future pizza orders come from her store.
Quality employees are difficult to come by, quality leaders are almost nonexistent, and it is evident that Abby is a fantastic leader in a sometimes thankless job.

“This is the best Pizza Hut ever, and this is coming from an 80’s kid when Pizza Hut was huge! In Jacksonville, we have lots of small business pizza joints that are stellar. I don’t generally enjoy chain pizza restaurants, with the exception of this San Marco Pizza Hut. Always amazing, from the staff to the food!“
“We purchased the supreme pan and my brother loved it, my mom and I got the veggie on thin crust and it was good I loved the crust but the veggie selection was slim. I've had better but than again I have had worse. I placed the order when I arrived and it was cooked very fast. Was offered a special without asking for one.“
“I ordered pizza recently a Friday and I'm not sure what they put in this pizza. But the bread amd everything was soft and crunchy. Customer service and staff was cool. Black gentlemen working the front was very efficient and respectful.“

I had to go in to reorder and the manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure they got our order out in a timely manner. It wasn’t even their error but they went out of their way for us! “Ordered online 3/5 with a 7:23pm delivery from Dunn Ave store . I’ll be the first to say they don’t always get it right just depends on the pizza maker BUT they got it perfect tonight!!! “I always receive great service at this location & my order is always hot & perfect! Only a couple of times just a small detail of my order was wrong however both times it was made better with pleasant service!! 1st time the manager remade my pizza & went above & beyond! The 2nd time Brianna offered to have it remade however I declined due to how late it had gotten & again, she was also very kind, apologetic, offered advice how it can be prevented in the future & offered other ways to make it better for tonight!! In the world we live in today there is so much bad customer service, but Brianna showed the exact opposite just as the manager Angela did before!! Big kuddos to Angela & Brianna!!!!😊“
“Food was fast and fresh. Toppings were a good amount. Some places try to short you on the toppings. Recently switched from hand tossed to thin and crispy crust for lower calories. It's a nice crust.
Staff was friendly and effective.
Not a fan of paying extra for sprinkle cheese. Here they don't seem to charge you but some pizza huts do charge.“
“very small place but that's normal for pizza hut nowadays. the employees are always polite and fast. never had an unfriendly encounter. the food is fresh and prepared as fast as they can. usually takes about 12 min when they aren't busy. delivery is an option through them directly so no worries with the driver eating a slice. a delivery fee will be added of course. most times it takes 30-40 min to receive the delivery in this area. placing your order online is the best way to order. they always have deals online and building the order yourself increases your chances of getting a great meal. on the off occasion they do mess it up, they will prepare the correct meal as fast as they can. this location is pretty busy so things have always been fresh for me.“

“Visited the location on edgewood and commonwealth on 2/19/26. I ordered a large pizza 5 toppings for the price of 10.00 and I will say that I was HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. I made sure that I told the male representative working around 2 pm that they did an excellent job and I LOVEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDD the entire presentation, that they listened to my request for extra oregano everything. Tha k you again for the good service!!!!“
