The establishment is always clean, the staff members are friendly, super accommodating, and my orders are always fresh and ready on time! Also, the team work between the staff moves fluidly and consistently. I’ve never had a bad experience or bad food here. Keep up the good work 103rd🫶🏾“

“I'm here to praise this location. I have been ordering from this location for 10 years. As the food industry is slipping drastically with prices rising and the quality of food dropping and the attitude of the employees. This location has not let me down, atleast the last 5 times over the mths, I have not one bad thing to say about the quality of the food. I just wanted to take a minute to praise them for that..
Now I will say that I'm not a fan of passing off their delivery orders to a third party. As those people are not as nice or welcoming or caring while delivering the food.. i.e smashing boxes, not speaking and staying on their cellphone while standing at my door, and snatching money.“

“I just moved here. It’s my first day here in Jacksonville, after a long day of moving boxes and unpacking we wanted something quick and easy so we went to this location. We were met with kind, cheerful and helpful staff and the food was great! I have no complaints and will definitely order more pizza since this place is only 4 minutes from my new place!!“

“The best experience I have ever had at a pizza place! The pizza was fresh and super hot and the cinnamon sticks were also fresh and had the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar! I got the new parmesan crust and was pleasantly surprised with how yummy and crunchy and flavorful it was!!! Erica & Skylar were amazing & I honestly will probably go back this weekend for more pizza because I am obsessed!!!!!! My kids love extra cheese!!!“

“First time at this Pizza Hut and first thing I noticed is that the kitchen on the back was CLEAN. I could see my 'Ready' order right there on the screen. Immediately was serviced and the guy even hooked me up with two garlic sauces!“

“Now I do want to say that the young lady in the lobby named Jeovanna was just as sweet as she could be. While I was sitting there waiting, I shared with her that I had lost my grandson in a terrible car accident back in May, and that dear girl showed me nothing but kindness and compassion. She listened to me so respectfully and spoke to me with such a gentle heart. She even took the time to recommend a church for me to visit. In a time where I have been carrying so much grief, her kindness truly meant more to me than she probably realizes, and I will never forget it.“

“Ordered online 3/5 with a 7:23pm delivery from Dunn Ave store . I’ll be the first to say they don’t always get it right just depends on the pizza maker BUT they got it perfect tonight!!! Hats off to the pizza maker who took their time and made this pizza with care as if it was for them!!! Job well done!“

“When i’m in the mood for Pizza Hut —they are my go to, there was gentlemen in there today and he was the sweetest —I placed my order, around 3:50pm and it was done before the initial quote time! thanks a bunch for prioritizing the customers and making me feel special🤍💐“

“This pizza hut is located in a very rough area, but that doesn't stop the employee from excelling in the expectations of the good service industry. I order from here quit often and the staff are all very nice respectful people. I love the pins on they're hats Hannah is always very funny and makes ordering such a delight!! The general manager is an absolute angel!!! I have faith in the new girl with pink hair she seems to have a good potential here. I hope i can keep coming to this pizza hut for a while the care they provide is beyond belief“

“I always receive great service at this location & my order is always hot & perfect! Only a couple of times just a small detail of my order was wrong however both times it was made better with pleasant service!! 1st time the manager remade my pizza & went above & beyond! The 2nd time Brianna offered to have it remade however I declined due to how late it had gotten & again, she was also very kind, apologetic, offered advice how it can be prevented in the future & offered other ways to make it better for tonight!! In the world we live in today there is so much bad customer service, but Brianna showed the exact opposite just as the manager Angela did before!! Big kuddos to Angela & Brianna!!!!😊“
