“My experience was incredible today at Popeyes one thing that I can say is the store manager Miss V always has a smile on her face and it’s very welcoming and you could tell that she’s very strict and by the program, but also provides excellent customer service this Popeyes has had a major turnaround since she’s being here“

“They were completely understaffed and over busy tonight. However, the manager (I assume, she was the lovely lady in the grey shirt) was so nice to every customer despite the stress she was under. She kept encouraging the guy she was working with to just get through it and that he was doing a great job. I've worked in fast food before and I understand the stress. A lot of people are quick to judge when their food takes longer than expected, but maybe they should put a uniform on and go help. Keep up the hard work!!“
“This restaurant gets the taste RIGHT! I always get spicy chicken and sometimes I have taken it back questioning the spice. I am always told, “See the red? That’s the spice.” Okay I barely saw it… but not here. This is the best chicken I have ever eaten… and I’m southern! I was so busy with the chicken I didn’t notice or care they had forgotten my biscuit. Also, I had forgotten to let the gentleman who took my order know that I wanted dark meat. Upon hearing this, the gentleman who is making my order immediately started a new box with just dark meat, and didn’t even say a word he just did it even though he had already fixed my order. What awesome customer service!“

“The Food: Chicken was crispy and perfectly seasoned. Sides were good.
The Service: Long wait at the drive-through, but the window staff was very polite. They gave us plenty of napkins and utensils!
The Spot: Easy in-and-out with plenty of parking and two exit points“

Highly highly recommended I would like to definitely think the lady that made my sandwich she truly went above and beyond and had my order made before I even checked out“

First time I've been to Popeyes in a very long time because it seems like every location I go to they're always out of everything.
A very pleasant surprise that they had what I wanted was freshly prepared quick service all around an awesome experience.“
“I simply requested a fresh chicken sandwich and was willing to wait. However, I was overshadowed by the employee that been making the same request all day regarding sandwiches for hours. I knew this wasn’t true, but I didn’t have the energy to go back-and-forth because I just released from the hospital.
I had a bad experience with the a Popeyes restaurant before, so I always make my request and let the worker know that I don’t mind waiting the six minutes. Unfortunately, my chicken sandwich arrived soggy and old, as I had expected.“
“Stopped in today for lunch & to check out the new restaurant, staff was friendly & service was 5 star and the food was delicious & fresh and it was the best Popeyes I think I've ever had !! Restaurant was clean and neat , I definitely will be going back to this location! Thank you Popeye's!!“
“Everything was great, food was fresh and hot, staff was prompt and friendly. Portions was appropriate and a great value. Store was expectinally clean and well maintained. Napkins, straws, and cutlery kits were stocked. Manager was present and assisting staff. Plenty of parking and the lot was very clean.“
“Always a refreshing experience at this popeyes vs soutel. I am so sad that this location is closed right now. Hoping for a quick turnaround because this is my go to popeyes great service friendly staff and clean. They work fast and get you exactly what you ordered. Soutel location doesn't check a single one of those boxes. Hope you guys open again soon“
“Michelle the Manager always have the store rolling! Today they were short with three people but Michelle didn't let that stop her. She ran that drive-thru and front counter with just her and the employee and cook! I keep coming back for Michelle“

“Previous visits here were less than enjoyable both walk in and drive-thru. BUT today was different. The young lady working the drive-thru window had a great personality and had the cars moving nicely. She was a joy to speak with and apologized for the shrimp being out of stock. It was a pleasant surprise. Management let her know she's exceptional, Sat. Feb. 21, about 5pm“
“The service was fast and simple. Pulled up to the drive thru with my code, my order was taken, I pulled up and paid, then I got my food. Everything was fine but the gravy for the mashed potatoes was runnier than I’m accustomed to. Not badly though so I enjoyed my meal overall. Popeyes always come thru when you want something quick.“

“No other Popeyes in jacksonville or surrounding areas messing with this Popeyes !!! The girls behind the counter be cooking it up ! Everything I got was fresh and hot 🥵 I go to this location out of any other cause my food always hot, fresh and sizzling ! Definitely got a starting line up dream team at this location.“

Every time my brother comes in to order on behalf of the family, these representatives have provided him EXCELLENT SERVICE in making sure that the food is fresh, made specifically to the dietary needs of each family member, and that he's not lingering in a long line waiting for food.
