“My son and I love Donut Connection. The woman who runs it is the kindest, friendliest, most wonderful person. We are always so genuinely happy to see her. Great variety of donuts, and we love them all, but we agree the best are the apple fritters (aka uglies). I found out today that she keeps the shop open later than the official hours when there are a lot of donuts left, so trust the open sign if you drive by in the afternoon and get yourself a treat.“

“Your experience depends on who's working. I got a medium macchiato from a cutie with some hot piercings and then a guy there offered my dogs pup cups. He gave them both 12oz cups of whipped cream which they thoroughly enjoyed🐶🐩👍“

“Best Dunkin Donuts I've been to! Clean, quiet, spacious. Staff here is excellent! It shows they care about this establishment. They are happy, have a great attitude, and give an excellent customer experience. Went in this morning for munchkins and the lady who took our order was such a delight! My son liked her a lot too. Keep up the great work guys! 100% recommend“

“We never write reviews, but Craig Joshua (the manager) at this Dunkin’ completely deserves one. My husband and I only use the drive-thru, and he still goes out of his way to make us feel special. He remembered who we are, which you just don’t see often anymore.
He’s even surprised us with extra Munchkins from time to time, and once happily remade our coffee when we ordered the wrong thing. That level of care and attitude is rare.
Every time we come through, the service is fast, friendly, and consistent. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and that starts with Craig’s leadership.
This is easily the best Dunkin’ we’ve been to. Highly recommend this location in Alachua.“
