“Great place to do work and school, very spacious, and comfy tables and chairs. Plenty of outlets and free wifi. Good drinks and food. The staff make you feel welcome and are always smiling and friendly. I took away one star because my only complaint is the music is WAY too loud. This makes it hard to have a conversation and those who are on work calls are yelling over the music, so it makes the environment even louder. Also, my other recommendation with the music is to shuffle the songs (don’t play 15 Taylor Swift songs in a row and then 15 Christmas songs in a row, and then some random banjo music). Thank you!“
“Although Starbucks has become more and more expensive as time has gone on, their menu has also continued to improve and grow. \nI like that this location is generally very quick and accurate when preparing my orders. The staff seem attentive and friendly. \nI do wish their loyalty program was a tad better, and that they offered more sales/coupons/discounts to help lower the prices for regular customers. This would also probably enable more people to order more often.“
“I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I had yesterday evening at this location. A friend and I met up for a casual evening chat, and it turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Starbucks in a long time.
From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth and kindness. The store manager, Tricia, was phenomenal—approachable, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. Tessa, who took our order, was equally amazing—so sweet, helpful, and patient.
My friend and I were trying to recreate a drink that’s no longer on the menu, and rather than brushing us off, Tricia and Tessa enthusiastically worked with us to find an alternative. The result was the perfect fall-inspired drink that truly hit the spot.
