“The customer service is amazing at this resort! They went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Not only do they treat their guests great, but vendors! My family also spent a few days at the resort and made so many wonder memories because of the staff. Their pool is relaxing and offers an area perfect for kids. So many wonderful memories were made here and we will definitely be coming back.“

“My family ate dinner here one night 2 years ago and it was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. We returned again tonight and it was still just as good as it was 2 years ago! “Came here on a Friday night. Prices are reasonable, $4 for a Coors Light and there were 3 other beers available for $3. There's limited bar seating, only 2 seats total, which is strange however there is plenty of outdoor seating at picnic tables and such so on a nice night seating isnt an issue. Bathrooms are unisex, there are at least 3, 2 of which are outside. Staff was generally friendly although 1 bartender didn't like to give customers back their change. Overall, preferred this to Palace Saloon.“

“Our grandkids loved this - and we loved watching them. One suggestion - gutters guards in the gutters (like the big lanes do) to cut down on frustration! Happier kids = happier adults = more returning customers!!!“

“Was looking for a quiet place for a drink in Fernandina. Not as easy thing to find since the island establishments are always so busy. Parked out back and walked in to the Principal’s Office with no wait. There were only 4 other people there. Drinks were a bit pricey but the selections were very classy and well made. Both TV at the bar playing black and white shows from the old days. One closest to me had the Andy Griffith show.“

“I was at this relatively new Irish Pub two times in February and the atmosphere and service was awesome and would give the place 5 Stars. We went back tonight for a completely different experience. We sat at the bar and it was sometime before the bartender made eye contact and asked if we wanted something to drink. My wife had a wine and I asked for a Guinness. The wine came and the Guinness was partially poured correctly. After it sat for way longer then necessary I asked the bartender if I could have my Guinness. She finished the pour and gave it to me. We then after sometime were asked if wanted to order food- Guinness Pie was good as well as my wife’s shrimp dish but they didn’t bring the salad dressing we asked for and it was then bartender told us she new and appeared she had little training. I nicely explained to the bartender she was not using the Guinness tap correctly and she didn’t take well to my effort to help her become better at being a bartender in an Irish pub. The worst part of the night was 3 to 5 employees having loud conservations behind the bar with no regard to customers or the overall atmosphere of an Irish Pub. The owners were in the bar and seem completely unaware of what was happening. We come to Fernandia Beach every year for 5 weeks and this is a great addition to the town. The owners can blow this review off or take it to heart and make the necessary changes to ensure a successful business venture.“

“I love this place! I look forward to every Saturday. The culture here is different... it's not people looking to get sloshed and hookup. People come here to genuinely have a good time and dance the night away. Mostly the 20-30s crowd but there are older folks that come and have a great time too. I love that Bethany teaches line dances the first couple hours. And I really do appreciate the rules- no drinks on the dance floor and if you're not dancing don't just stand around on the dance floor. Other places I've been it was a nasty hazard and nuisance. Here it's always clean - even the bathrooms. And no cover charge! And they have the best lemon drop shot I've ordered ? Overall a super fun place to spend your Saturday night. Family. ❤️“

“Great $10.99 burger. Only issue I had was I Came in the side door and sat down. I didn't know there was a main entrance, hostess got all bent out of shape and mentioned to us a few times that we should come to her first. Then pointed us out to some other waitresses while we were seated. The place was empty. The waiter we got was cool, the hostess could have chilled out“

Prices are higher, expected with a resort but you truly get your moneys worth. Great staff & service and atmosphere with incredible tributes to our Air Force/armed forces.“

“1st try at this pick-up thing. Using the ap was easier than expected. We had to get home but had hankering for a good reasonably priced steak. Chili's is the only place in this area. Everywhere else is $$$. We live in a condo. So we can't grill our own. This was a perfect option. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. And we got free chips and salsa on top of it all.“
