Up The Stairs

I stopped in before close and had a few Manhattans and some Tiramisu. Everything was excellent. Elizabeth was super friendly, and I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and local scene.

Wife and daughter-in-law like it, so we have come three years in a row. I am not impressed. The cook, I won't call them a chef, is heavy handed with the spices/hot sauce. Wife couldn't eat the soup (they took it off the bill. Which was nice of them.). Carppagio (sp) was very heavy in horseradish and spicy mustard. Chili mostly had what tasted like course chopped old hamburgers. Others said their food was ok, but voted for Hole in the Wall for the next night, an excellent decision.

We travel to St. George Island (SGI) every year for an adult Spring Break trip with friends. The last night is always spent having dinner at UTS. This year, it was one of our friend's birthday, so we celebrated the end of a great week at SGI and our friend, Rebecca's birthday.
