Perfect cuts, zero ragged edges, fish that tastes alive, and knife work that shows restraint instead of ego. Wagyu lands exactly where it should — decadent, but not a blunt instrument. And the handmade pieces (the ones you eat by hand, as they should be) are absurdly good: tight rice, clean seasoning, and toppings that don't bully the fish. The little mats set the vibe — intimate, focused, quietly playful — and the service is all signal, no noise. Just a two-person team slinging it all with calm precision, timing everything, watching the room, and never dropping the thread. If you want safe, boring sushi, go elsewhere. If you want skill, nerve, and genuinely great eating, Norigami is it. What I loved most is the judgement. Every “brave” choice still feels disciplined — no stunt toppings, no sloppy heat, no sweet sauces drowning things. “We have been going to Kobe Steakhouse for several years. Each time we go it has been a great experience. The food is wonderful and the staff are amazing. For the past 20 years we have requested Chef Fuji. He is so fun and really engages with everyone. Chef Fuji always gives us a 5 star experience! I can't leave a review without also mentioning a server who we almost always get, Kevin. He does such a wonderful job and always makes us laugh. Tonight was our sons 21st birthday and the staff, as always, made it a wonderful memory. I can't recommend Kobe Steakhouse enough.“

“We’ve always ordered food to go from Totoya but we’ve never ate inside the restaurant until today, and the food, atmosphere and service was all just such an INCREDIBLE experience.

The atmosphere was amazing and we thought it was such a cute place, the playlist/music they had going was some of our favorite songs all playing back to back, and Royce was hands down the best, BEST server in the history of any dining experience I’ve ever had.

Royce was so sweet, warm, welcoming, attentive, such a fun and delightful person to chat with and really made us excited about our food, and just phenomenal customer service in every way possible; we can’t say enough good things about him and he is by far what made our dine in experience exceptional! Next time we dine in we definitely want to see if we can be seated at one of his tables again lol.

On our last visit, I ordered one of the special meals that came with spring rolls. We completely forgot about them when we received our food and sat down. About ten minutes later, one of the gentlemen working there came over to our table in the food court and brought them to us. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days, and it truly meant a lot.

I have always used mine for dinners and lunch with no problem. They are for eat in only as stated in fine print. The restaurant is not 4 Seasons but the food is excellent and large portions I always go home with Doggie Bag.“
