Perfect cuts, zero ragged edges, fish that tastes alive, and knife work that shows restraint instead of ego. Wagyu lands exactly where it should — decadent, but not a blunt instrument. And the handmade pieces (the ones you eat by hand, as they should be) are absurdly good: tight rice, clean seasoning, and toppings that don't bully the fish. The little mats set the vibe — intimate, focused, quietly playful — and the service is all signal, no noise. Just a two-person team slinging it all with calm precision, timing everything, watching the room, and never dropping the thread. If you want safe, boring sushi, go elsewhere. “I went with my wife to celebrate our 12 anniversary. We had a both, the 2 waiters and female were exceptional. Explaining each of our 18 course meals . Giving us time to share our memories. If that was no enough, they brought a dish with a candle , a small bag with light with small stuffed plush toy and a bracelet for my wife. In all my dinning in restaurants this was the top of the top. I apologize for not memorizing your names but we thank you for the details to use .“

“I came here for dinner recently and overall had a pretty good experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, and everything came out in a reasonable amount of time. I especially want to shout out the hostesses, Jas and Genesis, who were both incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made check-in smooth, answered our questions patiently, and just had really kind, positive energy that set a great tone for the night.

The only downside was an interaction with the manager, Josh, who came across as a bit passive aggressive when we asked about a menu item. It wasn’t anything dramatic, but his tone felt slightly dismissive and it stood out compared to how warm the rest of the staff was.

Overall, I’d still come back because the food and most of the service were great — just hoping for a more approachable management vibe next time.“

Stefan was our server and he was excellent!! We ordered new things every time he came to the table and we had our food run out by him and multiple runners so everything was extremely quick!“

“It was raining, so it was a bit quieter than usual, but we are handroll novices, so appreciated the extra attention and explainations. We tried the Moso Omakase, Crab, Shrimp Tempura and smoked Salmon handrolls and finished with the house made soft serve with the caramel miso crunch. Everything was light, fresh and delicious! Piper was an amazing guide and picked a perfect Sake based on my taste preferences, Axel prepped the rolls like a rockstar and Harry, the head chef, came out to make sure all was great. Awesome experience and we'll be back!“

“The atmosphere was gorgeous. They also have an outdoor patio area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the setup and how it works to order what is right for you. And the food... was not what I imagined at all. It was AMAZING! And beautifully arranged. Every veggie and seafood item was very fresh! I give 5 of 5 stars. I had tempura shrimp, crab salad, extra tempura shrimp, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, and eel sauce. The bowls are $16 a piece, but good size portions. Will definitely go back 100%. I wish I had taken photos before I devoured it. Lol Thank you guys!“
