They are warm, friendly, attentive and explain the place of origin for each piece of sushi. Only opened a year and a half ago, Norigami has received a coveted Bib Gourmand award from the Michelin Guide. There are only 8-seats in this sushi bar only restaurant in the Plant Street Market, so be sure to make reservations well in advance of your planned date. They do not have a liquor license (yet), which means you can BYOB. It takes a lot of work, expertise and love to deliver such an enjoyable meal. We will be coming back every time we visit Orlando! I had tempura shrimp, crab salad, extra tempura shrimp, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, and eel sauce. The bowls are $16 a piece, but good size portions. Will definitely go back 100%. Donsta was our chef and Keisha was our server and with the type of family I have, you gotta stay on your toes because we are coming with the jokes but it’s all in fun and I know we turned that restaurant out with our loud laughs and nonstop dancing. It is conveniently located right outside of Universal Studios, so as soon as we left the park we walked right in being that we were on time for our RESERVATION. I needed a sushi fix yesterday, and couldn't find a place open for lunch until my neighbor drove by Hand Roll Sushi on the corner of JYP and Menta Street, and texted me she saw the Open sign on. I called, ordered the Crunch Roll, Volcano Roll, and Crabmeat Salad to go. 20 minutes later I picked it up. The Crunch Roll almost didn't make it home, I was devouring it in the car. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again.“

From the bar had a nice view of all the sushi being prepared and has room for many plates. We ordered two rolls and two dishes. My brother got the pork broth for his soup while I got kimchi. We got wonderful proteins and veggies for both hot pot and KBBQ. We also got quite a lot of sushi, sashimi and other meal makings such as lettuce, onion, pepper, kimchi, and edamame. They had the largest selection of proteins I have seen on a self serve bar or even in restaurants where it’s not self serve.
