“Had an incredible first omakase experience at Norigami. Located in a lively food market containing a brewery, butcher counter, and other sweet and savoury food spots, this 8-seat sushi counter is totally approachable. Each bite was thoughtful, flavourful, and a new experience. I tried so many new things and enjoyed my conversation with the sushi chef. Would recommend!“

I’ve been to many omakase sushi spots but this experience was unforgettable and we will definitely be back! Thank you chef for being so kind to our dietary restrictions… our only wish was to take this restaurant back home with us!“

“I loved the dishes I ordered—it's a shame I didn't remember to take photos of all of them. The only downside was being seated at such a small table, so close to the neighboring ones, which made it hard to have a private conversation.“

“We had a great experience while here on Spring Break. Joel “Is Blowing Up” our chef was hilarious and kept the energy up the entire time he cooked for us. We had two young kids with us and sat with another family that had 4 children and we were all near tears of laughter the entire time! Thank you for a GREAT experience!“

“I'm definitely giving this place five stars because the tuna tartare was one of the finest dishes I've ever had. It was truly incredible and worth coming back for by itself.
The hand rolls were very good too, but I think I just learned that I'm probably not much of a hand roll person. I was expecting a little more in the way of house-made sauces or extra flavor components. Most of the hand rolls are simply filled with the fresh fish mixture you order, and then you're left to dip them in soy sauce and wasabi. The quality of the fish was excellent, so this is more about my personal preference than anything else.
That tuna tartare set the bar so unbelievably high that it was hard for anything else to live up to it. I'd absolutely come back, and next time I'd probably order the tartare again and explore more of the menu.“

“The atmosphere was gorgeous. They also have an outdoor patio area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the setup and how it works to order what is right for you. And the food... was not what I imagined at all. It was AMAZING! And beautifully arranged. Every veggie and seafood item was very fresh! I give 5 of 5 stars. I had tempura shrimp, crab salad, extra tempura shrimp, red cabbage, carrots, scallions, and eel sauce. The bowls are $16 a piece, but good size portions. Will definitely go back 100%. I wish I had taken photos before I devoured it. Lol Thank you guys!“

“I had dinner at this place twice. The sushi was delicious! Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures of it, but I did get a pretty picture of my yuzu margarita. Maybe because I visited in the fall, it had a spooky vibe, with black salt on top. Very Halloweenish and delicious!!
The sushi was fresh and didn’t have a lot of extras, like the mayo and other toppings some places add. Just fresh, delicious sushi with a nice touch.“

“One of my favorite Japanese restaurants! The food is excellent and reminds me a lot of the all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants in Brazil. The salmon is always very fresh, and everything is well prepared. The service is also great — the staff is friendly, attentive, and makes the experience even better. Five stars for everything: food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended!“

“Highly recommend visiting. The flavor of the food was good, impactful but delicate at the same time. We especially loved the wagyu dumplings. The drinks were perfectly balanced. Miguel M was our server and despite it being quite busy, managed to remain attentive and caring while still giving us our privacy and space. The exterior and interior were both beautifully decorated. Looking forward to coming back again!“

“I love Sushi & we try it everywhere we go. I tilt my husband this was the best sushi I ever had. I had the shrimp tempura and he had the Godzilla roll. Amazing can’t wait to come back ! Highly recommend!“

“Oasis Grill is a standout for poolside dining. I was very impressed by the freshness of the meal—everything was cooked to order and served surprisingly fast. My order was ready in under 15 minutes, which is rare for quality this high. If you are staying at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, this is a must-visit spot.“

“The sushi here was great! I tried the bubble roll and New York roll. I liked the bubble roll a lot, especially the crispy wontons! I had never seen a sushi roll with capers and red onions, so I was very intrigued to try it. It was very tasty, I liked that combination especially with the salmon and cream cheese. Bagels and lox in a roll essentially! The seaweed salad was also good. The prices here were very reasonable, especially moving form Colorado, I’ve noticed some prices here are more expensive. This is the closest I’ve gotten to CO prices.“
“Is neat that they have a sushi bar at the hotel and it generally has an open seat even though they only have few. The food tasted fresh and it was good enough for a quick bite or craving if you don’t want to go out that night.
I dined there 2 nights and both night the chef seemed flustered, no eye contact or interaction, no pleasantries, there was a waitress that came to ask for drinks and orders and she gave them to the chef. The drink menu was limited, no Sapporo’s or Asahi’s
And I guess funny to me that they had catchup, mayo and mustard for sushi condiments.“
