“Used Uber Eats for my order. I got Hot and sour soup, Sesame Chicken, House Lo Mien and fried wonton. Everything was delicious. The soup needed a little extra seasoning but the chicken was fantastic. I really enjoyed it. I have never been inside the location so I don't anything about the staff, etc. I would absolutely order from here again. No greasy taste, nothing was dry. The sauces were really good.“

“This was the best atmosphere I have ever had by a restaurant and server. I'm still a young 77 yrs old. I have never had a server better then Haley was Monday night on 23MAR26. Our twin g-daughters turned 18 and wanted a family gathering at P F Changs. It was 11 people and she couldn't do enough for us. I am a 100% disabled veteran on an electric scooter and she arranged tables to make it a perfect evening. I would hire Haley to come serve our holiday meals because this is a tough bunch and they weren't all there. Please recognize Haley and give her a reward and promotion. I have sailed the Seven Seas and have never been served or treated this well. This is from Asia Europe South America & the Middle East. Since moving to Jacksonville, FL we have not been able to find a good authentic Chinese restaurant, until we found Hong Kong Bistro. Wife and I had lunch today and wanted to also plan a party of 20. Food was delicious and Cindy was very helpful in helping with the planning of the food to be served.“

“Friendliest service. Couldn't ask for more. They always make it extra spicy just like I ask, and everything is on point. The general Tso is epic. The Lo mein is amazing, and the bean sprouts really give it a special touch. Crab Ragoon, and the pot stickers...cant get enough of them. I literally drive 30+ minutes out of my way passing many other chinese resturants just to go here. Trust me, try Chan's, and you won't regret it!“

“Deana (I hope I spelled that right) was so incredible she really made our experience that much better. I love the vibes and the food was IMPECCABLE! Huge delicious and fresh sushi rolls that packed with flavor, steak and chicken hibachi that literally melted in mouth. Not greasy or heavy just absolute perfection. Even the ginger salad dressing was unsuspecting and amazing. This is my new sushi spot I will be back time and time again. Thank you for giving me and my friend the best night out!“

“I would definitely rate Hot Wok on San Pablo and Beach Blvd in the TOP THREE Chinese takeout joints east of St. Jones river.
Tried multiple entries over last month period and everything was the top notch. The Hot and Sour Soup 100% THE BEST in the area! Hands down...Their Fried Rice is made to order and also exceptionally good. I was somewhat surprised by how little traffic this place generates on my multiple visits during different time of day so if you live in the area and a fan of this type food you've got to try it!“

“This was our first time trying this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. We order two combo plates--boneless spare ribs and beef and broccoli. Both were very fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The fried dumplings were plump and the sauce was amazing also!

Service was also good. They were very polite and accommodating. After reading some reviews, I encourage you to understand everyone has good days and bad days. In the Chinese restaurant business, employees typically work 6-7 days a week so it's understandable, at least for me, that they can become irritable at times.

We will definitely be going back and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants food that is fresh and made by hand, not canned and pre-made frozen.“

“Great local American Chinese fare. Standard menu, but everything tastes fresh and good. I go in to order because I don't feel like navigating the language barrier over the phone, but it's understandable. They have never once messed up my order and the food is consistent. This is just a little takeout place, no where to dine in just grab your food and go. Never had a problem here.“

“We love the food here. The schezwan shrimp is delicious and they make the best Mei fun. Its not salty at all. That's why we love it fresh and not salty. Shrimp egg rolls are good and the pork and vegetable fried rice is delicious. Very friendly owners and great customer service.“

“I always get my food delivered and it is ALWAYS hot fresh and packed full. When you are a return customer, they make you feel like family. We're in a time where customer service barely exists. So when you find a gem like this, you give them their flowers 🌺 thank you for the extra fried rice. That small gesture made my night. I'd leave photos but the family already devoured everything.“

“Very decent chow here that doesn't see to sit long. Also frequent dunkin doughnuts a good bit. Wish hours were a bit longer. Also, with things geared to lunch/breakfast, eating at end of hours can make for slim pickings. Good chow though.“

“This is definitely a take out place, but I've always gotten great food. Their egg rolls are the best I've had. They are quick if you're picking up. To top it off, you just can't beat their prices, making for a great weeknight dinner on a budget.“

“I live in NJ and was not sure about getting Chinese food in Florida- boy am I glad I did! I got the General Tso’s Shrimp and my mom got the Chicken and Garlic. Both were outstanding! My local restaurant in NJ is insta famous twice the price and half as much food. We got takeout and the lady could have not been more lovely 11/10“

They were awesome service friendly great food I think the manager dude a white guy came out at the end. I was happy to wait for hot and fresh and it was an overall fantastic experience.
