“Ordered the Orange Chicken and Beef Lo Mein for delivery and it was amazing! A lot of Chinese take out places are hit or miss and I decided to try this place based on all the other good reviews. I also wanted to write a review since it was so good! This place will be my go to for Chinese food. The portions were large and the prices were good. The food was fresh even delivered and still hot.“

“I just had my first experience ordering take out from Lil Wok and it was FANTASTIC. One, they were quick and efficient, I really loved the box they packed everything into; it kept the food secure. Two, the cashier up front was extremely kind and helpful, she double checked all our items and made sure we had everything we needed. Three, this was the best Chinese food we have had in a long time. The chicken was nice and crisp and the chicken wings were to die for. I highly suggest the pork fried rice here and sweet and sour chicken. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, Lil Wok is the place for you.“

“Nice couple who run this restaurant. They get to know and care about the local patrons. I took twice as long as they recommended for a pickup of my food. When I got there, the owner insisted on cooking me fresh chicken for my General Tso which only took a few minutes to replace the cold chicken caused by my own tardiness. “At age 70 years, the most enjoyable, healthy, fun, happy family meal I have had. Great food. Great Company, great service, parking very close. GREAT STAFF. We were a qroup of four adults, (two with special diets), one deaf, one that asks too many questions, a very "picky" teenager, and a very picky pre-teen. Total of six in our group. All meals were prepared exactly to our speciciations and needs. “My friends stopped in for a carryout of crab Rangoon . I'm not a fan of this dish but I must say this location does have the best crab Rangoon I've ever had. Fresh and tasty !! Also have canned cokes for $1.25 . Awesome stop on our way to Saint Augustine. Would definitely return for a taste of the rest of the menu .“

“It is so difficult to find good chinese food, especially good vegan chinese food. I ordered the sesame tofu with vegetable fried rice and vegetable eggroll. It was flipping delicious. I'm definitely going back.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegan options including general tsos tofu, sesame tofu, mapo tofu, vegetable entreees, and vegetarian eggroll. There were chinese donuts on the menu, but I assumed that there would be milk and/or eggs in them. However, I'm sure they would be a tasty vegetarian treat!“

“I'm not sure why I don't visit Mama Lu's more often. Could it be because it's tucked away on St Johns Bluff, making it easy to overlook? Possibly. Is the parking situation a bit challenging? Definitely.But let me tell you, the effort is absolutely worth it for some of the best Filipino cuisine in the city. I found myself swerving into Mama Lu's cramped parking lot just for a quick bite. I ordered chicken adobo and dinuguan with white rice. The chicken adobo is insanely delicious. Their dinuguan, typically a savory stew made with pork offal, was made with chunks of pork instead, and the gravy was rich, thick, slightly sweet, and utterly delightful.If you're on the hunt for fantastic Filipino food, don't hesitate to give Mama Lu's a try.?“

“We've had Fong's several times and while it's not our go-to, we're happy to see they are open on Tuesdays unlike many other Chinese food restaurants around here. The food was good, hot, and just as it was ordered. Thanks to the other reviewer on here, the Singapore Noodles were amazing!Their prices have gone up significantly compared to the menu on their site, so I've attached a current menu front and back from today (Feb 2024) to provide up-to-date pricing.“

“We love this place its so good. We order the sesame chicken with white meat and oh my it is delicious. And instead of the egg rolls we get spring rolls they never have a problem switching it up for us. Their steamed dumplings and rice are awesome!! So many other great items they never disappoint and believe me it’s hard to find good fresh Chinese in Jacksonville.“
