“Everything on the menu is amazing!“

“This is my daughter and I's go-to take-out Chinese spot and it's worth it every time to make the 25 minute drive from our house! You can see the woks in the kitchen as you approach the counter and they make everything to-order. And the food is always piping hot and consistently fresh every time. My daughter and I always dine in. I tell people that it is a solid, straightforward Chinese takeout place where the food comes out in a timely manner and is fresh and hot. Aesthetics are definitely not their priority, and I really could care less about that as long as it's clean… And this place is very clean. The restaurant is a family run business-grandma included- and sometimes you can see their children either helping out or killing time on their tablets at one of the tables. And the family is so sweet! In my last visit, I took my daughter as well as a couple other kids who were friends with my daughter. They didn't have enough water bottles that were cold, and sent one of their kids with cups to go get ice so we had some ice water. Because the place is small and no-frills, I get concerned about their ability to stay in business. I really hope more people patronize them and give them a chance. You can't beat good people and good food and a straightforward business.“

“I live in NJ and was not sure about getting Chinese food in Florida- boy am I glad I did! I got the General Tso’s Shrimp and my mom got the Chicken and Garlic. Both were outstanding! My local restaurant in NJ is insta famous twice the price and half as much food. We got takeout and the lady could have not been more lovely 11/10“

“Good food and atmosphere the waiters were very friendly and nice accommodating me and my wife when she ordered something that did not quite fit her taste. They were kind enough to offer her something else and not make her pay for the first dish.“

“Shout out to Wild Ginger (JAX Beach), who has one of the BEST poke bowls at the beach. I have tried many of the other “poke bowl” specialty places, and both the food quality and value do come close to what Wild Ginger offers. The bowls are massive with large chunks of fish, and a large assortment of Included add-ins, no nickel and dime treatment here. If you need that convenience of grab and go, they have that too. Give them and try, and see for yourself.“

“The last time I was here was over a year ago but the food quality is still the same. So many dim dimwit choose from and they also have main dishes. The food comes out really hot which I LOVE!! The flavors all complement each other. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful which I appreciate. I came in on a day where they were lacking staff but that's not against them every place has those days. I definitely will be coming back when I can! Oh I forgot, go on the weekend when you can have the baked buns. So good!“

“Friendliest service. Couldn't ask for more. They always make it extra spicy just like I ask, and everything is on point. The general Tso is epic. The Lo mein is amazing, and the bean sprouts really give it a special touch. Crab Ragoon, and the pot stickers...cant get enough of them. I literally drive 30+ minutes out of my way passing many other chinese resturants just to go here. Trust me, try Chan's, and you won't regret it!“

“THE place for locals to get their chinese food kick. The people who run this restaurant are the sweetest and pour love into their food and customers. They are prompt and have amazing prices for the amount of food you receive. Not much of a place to dine in but there are tables that you could if you wanted to. Definitely on usual rotation for take out.“

“This was our first time trying this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. We order two combo plates--boneless spare ribs and beef and broccoli. Both were very fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The fried dumplings were plump and the sauce was amazing also!

Service was also good. They were very polite and accommodating. After reading some reviews, I encourage you to understand everyone has good days and bad days. In the Chinese restaurant business, employees typically work 6-7 days a week so it's understandable, at least for me, that they can become irritable at times.

We will definitely be going back and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants food that is fresh and made by hand, not canned and pre-made frozen.“

“I would definitely rate Hot Wok on San Pablo and Beach Blvd in the TOP THREE Chinese takeout joints east of St. Jones river.
Tried multiple entries over last month period and everything was the top notch. The Hot and Sour Soup 100% THE BEST in the area! Hands down...Their Fried Rice is made to order and also exceptionally good. I was somewhat surprised by how little traffic this place generates on my multiple visits during different time of day so if you live in the area and a fan of this type food you've got to try it!“

“I always get my food delivered and it is ALWAYS hot fresh and packed full. When you are a return customer, they make you feel like family. We're in a time where customer service barely exists. So when you find a gem like this, you give them their flowers 🌺 thank you for the extra fried rice. That small gesture made my night. I'd leave photos but the family already devoured everything.“

“Great local American Chinese fare. Standard menu, but everything tastes fresh and good. I go in to order because I don't feel like navigating the language barrier over the phone, but it's understandable. They have never once messed up my order and the food is consistent. This is just a little takeout place, no where to dine in just grab your food and go. Never had a problem here.“
