MAMA THAI FOOD FOOD TRUCK Reviews
We recently found them at a market in downtown Auburndale and tried the spring rolls. Hands down the best springs I've ever had, and very reasonably priced! They are super nice folks and they focus on quality and cleanliness!
Such a yummy and comfort food. You can tell it’s made with lots of love. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Weve ordered a few times and loved the food every single time. She goes above and beyond what most business would do and you never go hungry with her dishes. Everything is well thought out and from the heart right down to the Tupperware she packs the food in(seriously my hubby loves them and reuses them lol) we tried 2 of the soups today and spring rolls as well as a pork noodle dish and we are absolutely satisfied and have plenty left to eat even for tomorrow. Mama Thai Food Food Truck serves fresh, amazing food cooked from the heart. The spring rolls are the best ever had, very reasonably priced, and the garlic chicken comes with an egg, sticky rice, and cucumbers. Other menu items include ramen with fried eggs, chicken satay, soups, and a pork noodle dish. Customers love the peanut sauce and pickles. The cook, Maya, is a great cook who goes above and beyond, treating customers like family. The food is well thought out, and portions are generous, leaving plenty left for the next day. Even eaten cold, the food is still delicious. The focus is on quality, cleanliness, and fresh, made-to-order dishes. Customers are addicted and will come back again and again. Please be patient, as cooking takes a bit due to limited burners and one person cooking, but it is worth the wait. The food truck is found at Camp Margaritaville and markets in downtown Auburndale.
