“I'm visiting from CA and my dad wanted me to try this place so he took me here for lunch. He likes it a lot and it didn't disappoint. I was gonna get a Philly but I've never had an opportunity to have a Tampa Cuban. It was delicious! Well, not enough mustard so it was kind of dry but I just added some mayo and that fixed it. I really loved the bread! Dad loved his fish and sticks, the fish was tender and flaky. Service was fast and friendly, even with a full house. Great place!“

“First time here. Greeted as soon as I walked in by person behind bar (no host nor hostess). Sat at the bar and had a drink. Watching the workers here, it felt sorta strange: they appeared all happy and smiling. Don't they know they are at work? Food offerings are above what a usual neighborhood bar would serve. I would recommend.“

“Smaller bar with a nice heated patio, the staff are always super friendly and they've managed to squeeze alot of tvs (13 i believe) for whatever events you are in to. They also do bogo drinks on certain days if you sign up for their messaging program 🫶🏽“

“If you want a cozy and friendly place to have drinks with friends, this is the place. Karaoke with Rick on Wednesday and Friday is always a great time, too! It's a nice, clean place that has great service! The food is good, the drinks are yummy and the atmosphere is welcoming.“

“My wife and I went for lunch and I can only say the best things about our visit. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress was super friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend paying this patriotic place a visit!“

“We enjoy going to Central Tavern to relax and have a few beverages. We love that it is in the middle of downtown with inside and outside seating. Football has been a lot more fun this year with some awesome snacks supplied by the awesome and very friendly staff. We have lots of fun.! Wonderful Staff, Awesome Drinks, Fun place to watch sports and to top it off fabulous location. Good times. David & Kim Roberts

“I recommend this place if you like friendly staff and live music on some nights,song quizzes,trivia night,etc. the food is great. I recommend the chicken runners . I usually don’t like to hang out and eat somewhere when I’m working out of town but I really enjoy myself here and unwind. Thanks staff!“

“We came for the wings. We were told they were better than Glory Days WH. I'll be honest they were definitely hot and fresh, and meaty! The competition is real! I am a fan of the boom boom honey garlic sauce. I wish you had a sweet Thai chili sauce as an option. The tots were undercooked and fell apart, needed to be cooked a little longer.“
