“The food is absolutely delicious! Our guests were raving. Everything was delivered on time and set up perfectly. We have used Exquisite in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They think of everything. I can't say enough about their staff, especially the Office Manager, Vanessa. She is dedicated and knows what she's doing! It was a pleasure to work with her and everyone else at Exquisite. I would leave 6 stars if I could.“

“I highly recommend Kosher Cuisine to anyone coming to miami looking for quality food! We come from a home where food is very important to us and we usually have a hard time finding good quality food on vacations, but this time we were very happy with the quality, freshness, and taste of the food! Not to mention, the food came in a timely fashion and the service was exceptional! A few hours before the holiday started we realized we got one wrong dish and we called Kosher Cuisine and within minutes, hassle-free, the dish was on the way to our apartment. You can tell that everything ran smoothly and they were very organized. I would without-a-doubt order again on my next trip!“

“Essence Caterers organized the food and drinks services for my wedding and I had an excellent experience. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem. With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly. The bar service was also very good. I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success. I think that for all this we got a great deal!! Paul and Josie were excellent! Thank you!!“

“My wife and I used Culinary Affairs to cater our wedding reception and cocktail hour at Flamingo Gardens in January of this year. They were phenomenal from the get-go through the execution. They set up a tasting after getting some information about what we had in mind, and everything they made us was so good, it was very hard to decide. At the venue, they were extremely professional, prompt, met all of our needs, and their service was excellent. I think every one of our guests commented on how good the food was and how friendly and thorough the staff was. I'd highly recommend them for any event that requires a caterer in South Florida.“

If they're gonna jack up the prices, I should at least get more than one scoop of mac and cheese and dressing, right? Plus, it's another $1.75 if you want double of the same side. And it's annoying that you gotta use your phone to translate what you want in Spanish at like 85% of places in Miami, but I never thought I'd have to do that here. I don't know if I'll be back.“

If you live in South Florida or are visiting, it’s a must. Also, the owners are so sweet. They love what they do and it shows in their food and in the presentation.One year after my initial review - and it's still the best sushi in South Florida. 10 stars!The sushi was delicious. Presentation was awesome. Delivery was right on time. I threw an afternoon get together with friends with several food options.
