But the exceptional quality of the food was only part of what made working with Events by Premier such a pleasure. From the very beginning, Steve was a true professional. “Essence Caterers organized the food and drinks services for my wedding and I had an excellent experience. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem. With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly. The bar service was also very good. I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success. We come from a home where food is very important to us and we usually have a hard time finding good quality food on vacations, but this time we were very happy with the quality, freshness, and taste of the food! Dietary restrictions: They didn’t really have noted gluten free options on menu, but they accommodated so well. The cheesy hash was gluten free, and delicious. They even cleaned the grill for me. I bet if you gave 24 hours notice they would have gluten free bread or tortilla for you. I brought my own.

Parking: There is parking, but you would need to be able to get into yacht haven at there current location.

They set up a tasting after getting some information about what we had in mind, and everything they made us was so good, it was very hard to decide. I met with Brad, and he made me feel so confident and relaxed during our first meeting that I knew everything would be under control.
