“We have worked with Alexander events many times but yesterday was the first time I tasted their food as a vendor and I had to write a review to thank them for the decadent flavors of every side I tried like their sweet potatoes or the tender chicken francaise was flavorful and and tender. Not to mention the level of service their staff provided to the wedding guests and and the vendors. We had the pleasure to work with Austin and he made sure everything was on schedule and that everyone was taking care of. Awesome JOB!!!“

We come from a home where food is very important to us and we usually have a hard time finding good quality food on vacations, but this time we were very happy with the quality, freshness, and taste of the food! Not to mention, the food came in a timely fashion and the service was exceptional! A few hours before the holiday started we realized we got one wrong dish and we called Kosher Cuisine and within minutes, hassle-free, the dish was on the way to our apartment. You can tell that everything ran smoothly and they were very organized. I would without-a-doubt order again on my next trip!“

On top of that, the inspector on the day of my inspection was super nice and efficient, and my license was approved in just a few days. The kitchen tour gave me total confidence, the vibe with the other vendors sharing the space is great, and having access to the only blast freezer in Miami is invaluable for my pavlovas. “This past weekend I had a party and ordered a Lechon Asado from a website that I randomly picked. I currently own a Caja China but didn’t have the time to prepare and cook the Lechon myself.
To my surprise, it turned out to be one of the best Lechon Asado we have ever eaten.
Everyone had positive comments regarding the taste and crunchy pellegitos from el Puerquito Asado.
Great quality, great taste, and outstanding service.

“We had such a wonderful meal at TooJay's in Plantation, and Alex made the experience even better. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. “They're well organized for holidays, can get whole meal with pork, rice & beans, yuca, fried sweet plantains, tamales, etc even on the day of for New Year's or Christmas. Completas easily feed two people or can be stretched to two meals. The prices are pretty reasonable & portions are generous.“

“Always fresh and delicious, Spartan Gyros is a great go to for lunch or dinner! Nice portions of grilled chicken skewers, delicious lemon potatoes and a slide Greek salad which is super addictive for a salad! (I actually crave the dressing!) They also have delicious beef skewers, rice and pita options. Friendly staff and a great rewards program, it’s a no brainer for a healthy meal anytime you want Greek!“

Puerquito Relleno provided superb customer service and quality ingredients.
They met their delivery time commitment and the food was delivered hot and the pig had one of the most crispiest skin that we had ever had. The meat was very moist and the rice and yucca were exquisite.
I would highly recommend using them for any family gathering or event.

“My wife and I used Culinary Affairs to cater our wedding reception and cocktail hour at Flamingo Gardens in January of this year. They were phenomenal from the get-go through the execution. They set up a tasting after getting some information about what we had in mind, and everything they made us was so good, it was very hard to decide. At the venue, they were extremely professional, prompt, met all of our needs, and their service was excellent. I think every one of our guests commented on how good the food was and how friendly and thorough the staff was. I'd highly recommend them for any event that requires a caterer in South Florida.“
