“I first had the pleasure of dining here nearly two years ago, and it instantly became one of my favorite restaurants. From the warm atmosphere to the unforgettable flavors, everything about the experience was exceptional. The plate of pasta I had on that first visit was so memorable, it’s still the background on my phone — and I’ve made multiple trips to Miami just to come back and enjoy it again. The quality has never wavered. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.“

I had the best beef carpaccio ever--try it, they put a unique spin on the traditional dish--followed by the baby artichoke hearts and accompanied by an amazing Swiss Pinot Noir from Lucas Madonia. One of the best dinners I've had in a while and I'm frequently out. Highly recommend this quirky and cool restaurant!“

“One of my all time favorites in Miami.
You cannot go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. We ordered a few but I only got a picture of the white pomodoro vongole, which was delicious. Very fresh without being too garlicky or heavy on the stomach. There pasta is always fresh and would taste great without any sauce. The red sauces (their specialty I believe) just make it all that much better.
My favorite salad of all time is their tricolore salad, I would come here just to have this and one of their cocktails. They have proper cocktails, well balanced and with premium liquors and ingredients.
The inside section is beautiful but be warned it is freezing inside, bring a sweater.
The outside while very pleasantly ventilated with fans everywhere is nice however is missing that beautiful design and ambiance felt inside.“

Il Bolognese itself is a fantastic spot: great energy, prime location, and the kind of place that feels like a proper night out. Everything came out smoothly and the overall experience was excellent. If you go, ask for Giogia—she’s a big reason we’ll be coming back.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“I had an amazing experience at Corallo! The restaurant is elegant and beautifully designed, with the perfect atmosphere for a romantic dinner or a special night out.

The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very professional. I ordered the seafood pasta, which was absolutely delicious, made with super fresh ingredients and full of authentic Mediterranean flavor. The fried calamari were light, crispy, and perfectly cooked.

We paired our meal with a great Italian wine and finished with a homemade tiramisu that was simply outstanding.

“We were given a warm welcome, a table of our choice and had a delicious meal and drinks served in a friendly manner. I had the best tagliatelle Bolognese I have ever had and my husband loved his spaghetti carbonara also. The portions were very generous and because of that we didn't have room for dessert. We live in the UK but if we're ever back in the area to pick up a cruise, we will be back for more delicious food!“

“I was looking for a place in Hollywood and in area with a neaoplitana pizza for a long time and then finally I found IT Italian Trattoria. Beautiful interior, very nice service, a true Italian music and perfect thin, idealny baked pizza. I highly recommend this place for Italian cuisine fans.
