“I don't go to Subway very often and when I do go I get a combo. It's not that I don't like their food it's just that I'm not much for Subs. Remember everyone has a different taste in food as in anything else. The staff was very nice and the food is good. They were very accommodating and nice, and I will go back.☺“

“Well, the usual french fries were not cooked "crispy". The double cheese burger, chicken nuggets and the fountain drink were good, though.

Still can't understand, with all of the latest culinary cooking research, instructions, and technologies, why the french fries at so many restaurants cannot be cooked "crispy", cooked consistently "crispy", as they are supposed to be.

Due to french fries being consistently undercooked, it's a wasted food item to purchase to me.“

“Drove the extra 12 minutes from Macclenny because the one there is HORRIBLE. This McDonald’s was accommodating and fast. I had a huge order for some very hungry people at home, they were so great! Over $75 worth of food and they did efficiently. Food was fresh and the service was great!“

My 17 yr old autistic daughter was having a meltdown and I was having a really hard day so there were tears and Candy came over and gave me the biggest sweetest hug and NooNoo spent time with us and everyone there was so over the top sweet and turned our super had day into a better one. Life is hard but sweet people like the people who work here make it bearable. It takes a village and I am so thankful we stopped in here for lunch today because today they were definitely my village and got me through. It warms my heart to feel the love of strangers who instantly feel like family when they show you how much they care. ❤️“

“Stopped in for gas and saw 2 customers exiting the shop with Krispy Krunchy Chicken buckets and mind you it was just a little after 11 AM. We were a bit hungry and decided why the heck not. We were so glad we did. The chicken was some of the tastiest chicken we've had in a while. A cross between KFC and Popeyes but better. Cajun flavor but with a tinge of sweetness. Almost forgot the potato wedges were so big and tasty as well. Next time in this neck of the woods will definitely be visiting again.“

“I’ve never had an issue with this McDonald’s.. they’re our neighborhood one so we only go to this one. They’ve always been nice and accurate with our order. Timing is a bit slower, especially if they’re backed up, but I have no other complaints.“

“On any typical day coming in this establishment has been a headache and a nuisance sometimes when you trying to just get a simple sandwich inappropriate time frame.. But today that all changed, Ms Regina, with the praise the welcoming and their polite demeanor set the tone soon as I walk through the door all the way to cashing out at the end. The team she had with her did a great job, and I was in and out of there as how it always should be.. most of the subways in the area only staff with one maybe two people. This location always has three people but it's the slowest one in Jacksonville's... But today show it can be done and I appreciate the urgency and the teamwork they put in to get us in and out on a beautiful day..
