“Stopped by on a small road trip.. To be honest we didn’t look at the reviews until we ordered and sat down.. (because google maps got us there- it was still open on our phones)
Many reviews made us worry a little bit about how long the wait would be, and if the food was going to be hot or cooked fully.. etc
It was dead slow. (4 pm ish) But the food came out quick and it was hot and fresh! Cashier was friendly, the fries were great, my corn nuggets were soooo hot! Husbands fried squash was the same! And before we could finish, the rush came in behind us. Pick up orders, and some sitting inside. The convenient aspect was that our food came in Togo plates. Some would say that’s not appropriate for a sit down restaurant, but if we wanted to leave or couldn’t finish our food, we were already set! Helps the business not need a dishwasher for plates/silverware..
Convenient, quick, and not at all like previous reviews.
One thing that could have been improved was just cleaning up tables - crumbs and drink spills were on most of the tables. We wiped our own table off but I’m sure that lunch was long and strong.. so we can’t hold that against them!
