“I saw the reviews and wanted to try it, I thought I was going to a Mexican restaurant. It's a food truck in a gas station parking lot. But don't let that fool you. It was amazing. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo, egg, avocado slices, refried beans and cheese. It was perfect. I'm looking forward to trying the other menu items. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, don't pass this place up!“

“You have a choice of Chicken, Beef or Ham & Cheese Emapandas
Ordered 2 Ham & Cheese Emapandas.
Great crust, thin, light & crispy for sure. Definitely not greasy at all. No concerns there
However, all ham, no cheese made it quite salty. Cheese would have cut the saltiness . The lack of cheese in the Emapandas, where my only disappointment

A Cubanai & Media Noche Cubania
The difference between the is that The Media Noche is made w a sweet bread and a regular Cubana is made with cuban bread loaf.
Both are extremely delightful
With plenty of pork and cheese with the brine of the pickles.
The MediaNoche came out in flavor with the sweetness from the grilled bread.
I ordered both to taste the difference
If you prefer a bit of sweetness, then I'd order the Medianoche again and again.
If you prefer old school Cubana, then go with the Cuban
Both burst with flavor
And I'd order either one again and again.
I definitely would give 5 stars for food, if there where cheese in the Emapandas

The employees could not stop raving about how delicious and creative the dishes were. Not only was the food a hit, but the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and they went beyond making our event special. We highly recommend this food truck for corporate events. Five stars all the way!“

“I am Venezuelan, I knew Ukelele Food Truck almost two years ago, I think! Looking for a great CACHAPAS, EMPANADAS and PAPELON CON LIMON Since that day, I loved it. All the food is delicious. “I found the Pork O’ Rican food truck at the Coral Springs Oktoberfest fest. My family is Puerto Rican, so I had to try some of their food. Their empanadas and bacalaitos were just like what I would have when my grandmother would come to visit! She is known for her cooking and their food was phenomenal! I can’t wait to find them at another event to try more.“

“If you haven't been to this lil small mom and pops popup, you're missing out. The food is top tier and if you don't like I'll pay for it. Ask for a free sample before you buy is his calling card. So stop on through and bite your ass off at GAS Smoking Bbq.

“Hands down the best collard greens I have ever had. And I’ve had a lot of collards in my day. Went there last night and planning on going back today! Mr. tree gave me a chicken wing sample and it tasted like I need more! You won’t be disappointed here. 5 stars!“

“Found this place because another Haitian restaurant dropped the ball and I'm so glad they did! I ordered a childhood dish I always loved, spaghetti with shrimp! The way my mom used to make it was clearly second to none. I ordered it hoping it would be somewhere in the neighborhood of what my mom did, and it did not disappoint! I also ordered for later today an order of garlic shrimp with fried plantains. It too was excellent!!! On saying this restaurant's contact information in my phone. Next time I'm in Pompano Beach, I'm coming straight here!!!“
