“My baseball team and I headed to this BurgerFi location following a double header. They did a phenomal job serving us all on late notice. The burgers and fries were delicious, and they even provided a sweet treat for us following our meals. Midie and Donyae specifically did a great job with their service. We were all grateful for the teams hard work. High recommend this location!“

“I went on sat Nov 1st. After shopping around hungry and tired. The lady at the counter welcomed me with a friendly smile. I wished that I could remember her name. The place got jammed packed but even with short staff on a Saturday night she was on top of things. The wait was worth it. The burger was delicious and well presented.She kept everything running and was apologetic for my wait and even gave me a side of fries. She maintained her friendly, welcoming and service oriented attitude during the rush of the time! What a pleasant experience. I will be back all the way from Delray with my husband. Burger Fi very lucky to have her!“

“Excellent burgers!! The bacon cheeseberger was delicous as was the spicy blues quarter pounder. However the potato fries did not travel well but strangely the o-rings did. They were flavorful and were very crunchy. Could be in my top three of all time. Definately merits another visit very soon.“

“I read a lot of reviews and it’s bad how people try to bash the store and all the hard work that’s being put into a restaurant that was once being ranned by people that don’t care and to see the difference that’s being made and the love that’s being put into the food is amazing the young man in charge is doing a wonderful job with guest experience he’s always happy and moving it’s always clean and we always happy to try custard samples this location by far is number one me and my family love it here“

“My kids and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Besides how delicious the ice cream is, it’s the coolest thing in the world watching it get made and frozen right in front of your eyes. There are so many flavors to choose from and so many toppings. But the part where it gets frozen with nitrogen just never gets old. It’s mesmerizingly captivating. And the service is great!!! I’m from out of town, but whenever we’re back in Parkland, we’ll be sure to visit Sweet Lou’s for some nitrogen ice cream. We’re hooked!!!“

“Great burgers. Citi place shopping center is the best location. People say it is expensive, but the burgers are real ground beef, the fries are cut there, no additives, the potatoes are fresh, cut there. The beef patties are made there, not some factory and then frozen. If you want quality it's going to be a little bit expensive. I don't mind paying a little bit more for what you get, and a large fry is more. They always put an extra scoop of fries in the bottom of your bag, and that's way more than just a large fry. Super place.“

They made sure I got my order as soon as it was ready and really showed they cared, even while staying busy. It’s not every day you find such friendly, professional service paired with great food. “Every time that we’ve ever come, this place has been clean. The staff has been friendly, and the food has been great. Today was no exception my kids ordered milkshakes and they brought them out with stacked whipped cream and lots of sprinkles. They were really excited about it. We will continue to coming back to this one. Staff is great.“
