“The food is excellent, the service from Betania, the manager, is phenomenal, as she advises you very well. And the attention of Maicol, the cashier, is super reliable, as for the boy who serves the dog and hamburger bar, who pleases you with the sauces and ingredients. It's a show to watch him prepare the food.

“The service was fantastic with options to either order with a person or at a kiosk if Mooyah. The cashier was helpful in assisting me with different options for food. I liked the option to build my own and ordered a double patty with bacon and avocado. They have music playing (not too loud and good music choice), a t.v. playing sports and a relaxed clean ambiance.

As for the food: the shake is PERFECT! Oreo cookie and peanut butter cups inside hit the spot! The ice cream base they use has a soft-serve creaminess that’s wonderful. The burger hit the spot. The bun has a brioche-like consistency which is the affection and tenderness my longing taste buds need in this cold, ruthless, punishing existence we call life. Compliment this decadence with sweet potato fries and ketchup and my soul now hibernates in a cacoon of contentment while the weekend provides its gentle caress upon my once-longing gastric juices.

“Still the Best Burger in Boca – Even After the Bankruptcy

BurgerFi has always been a favorite, and this Boca Raton location proves why. Even though the company filed for bankruptcy, this spot didn’t cheap out or lower the quality—the burgers are still just as juicy, fresh, and full of flavor as ever. The fries are crispy, the portions generous, and even the boxes are sturdy and great quality, which shows real care for presentation.

What made the experience even better? The amazing service from Eli, Andre, and Sophie. They were so nice, personable, and genuinely welcoming—they really made us feel at home.“

“Took my kids to BurgerFi and we each got a kids’ cheeseburger with fries and a drink and spent under $30 total! The burgers were fresh, the fries were perfectly crispy, and there was a great variety of drink options. Tiffany was so kind and checked in on us, which made the experience even better. “Me apena dejar un mal review pero en serio que es el peor servicio al cliente que visto en mi vida, no se trata de ser amable y sonreír, se trata de solucionar si tienen un inconveniente, y es la segunda vez que me sucede, no puede ser que llames a pedir una orden para recoger, llegues después de 20 minutos, y te hagan seguir esperando, por una hamburguesa, y le pregunté a la persona encargada si se iban a demorar, y sale y se pone hablar por teléfono, no sé qué trataba de solucionar por teléfono, cuando era cuestión de preguntar en la cocina, y ser sincera desde el comienzo y decir que hay un inconveniente, y me hubiese ido y normal, pero no después de qué ya pagué después de qué yo esperé me dice de qué van a se 20 min mas, Quién va a esperar una hora por una hamburguesa?????? Lo que me fastidia es la falta de seriedad, porque desde un comienzo me debió advertir, hasta llamada para decirme que tenían demoras, o por último ya cuando estuve ahí decirme lo que estaba sucediendo, y no dejarme esperando con excusas. “My kids and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Besides how delicious the ice cream is, it’s the coolest thing in the world watching it get made and frozen right in front of your eyes. There are so many flavors to choose from and so many toppings. But the part where it gets frozen with nitrogen just never gets old. It’s mesmerizingly captivating. And the service is great!!! I’m from out of town, but whenever we’re back in Parkland, we’ll be sure to visit Sweet Lou’s for some nitrogen ice cream. We’re hooked!!!“

From the moment we walked in Lude greeted us with a big smile and patiently helped us and then another staff member Miracle made our visit special. The only surprise was a $ 33.00 dollar check for a hotdog 🌭 a small burger, fries, ice tea and a chocolate shake. Seemed a little over priced.“
