“Although we came in pretty late right before closing. Food was great as always. Nashara, was absolutely kind and patient. She was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and learned more about Celiacs disease, and avoiding cross contamination, and was very empathetic and helpful with our order. Thanks Five Guys! “We got mozzarella sticks a chili cheese dog. Came out hot and fast! Was thrown by the beans in the chili but other then that it was delicious 😋🌭 will be back for those mozz sticks and next time can’t wait to try the Chicago Dog - dragged thru the garden 🙃🙌🏻 …. “Been coming to Burgerafi for so many years my favorite is the Breakfast all day burger. Today I visit this location and was craving it coz I was feeling super down losing my furry baby. They dont have that burger in awhile but when I asked today they said its coming back tomorrow June 2nd 2026. Super awesome manager Leslie👏 said he can do it today and he did. Special Shoutout to Andrew for an awesome customer service from welcoming us and for the send off. Thank you guys!“

“This is easily my favorite spot for a burger in Miami and Fort Lauderdale! The food is delicious and creative. They even offer gluten-free options, which is a huge plus. They serve beers, including the Messi beer, and wine, if you don't like beer. And the seating is very comfortable.Argentines definitely know how to make a burger.“

“My kids and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Besides how delicious the ice cream is, it’s the coolest thing in the world watching it get made and frozen right in front of your eyes. There are so many flavors to choose from and so many toppings. But the part where it gets frozen with nitrogen just never gets old. It’s mesmerizingly captivating. And the service is great!!! I’m from out of town, but whenever we’re back in Parkland, we’ll be sure to visit Sweet Lou’s for some nitrogen ice cream. We’re hooked!!!“

“Five Guys delivers a solid burger experience with fresh, juicy patties and endless topping choices. The fries are crispy, hand-cut, and served in generous portions—perfect for sharing (or not). The vibe is casual, and the service is quick, though it can get crowded. Prices are a bit high for fast food, but the quality justifies it. Their shakes are thick and customizable, a great treat. Overall, a reliable spot for a satisfying, no-frills meal.“

“10/10 burger joint! I ordered the rodeo with regular fries and a fountain drink and my total was $20 something and I'd say it's absolutely worth it. You spend more at wendys for the same thing and less quality. The guy that greeted us I assume is the owner was very down to earth and funny made you feel like you were cousins cracking jokes. “I am writing to express both my sincere appreciation and strong recommendation for Fay, the new owner of the BurgerFi restaurant located in the Uptown Shopping Plaza on Glades Road and 441.
Fay exemplifies everything one would hope for in a business owner. She is exceptionally smart, hardworking, energetic and deeply committed to delivering a positive customer experience. What stands out most is her genuine openness to feedback—she listens, adapts, and continually strives to improve her operation in meaningful ways.
This location, prior to Fay’s leadership, struggled with exceptionally poor management and a lack of customer focus. Service was often painfully and unacceptably slow, and there appeared to be little sense of pride or accountability among the staff. Complaints were met with shrugs. Customers in line were second in priority to incoming internet orders, not the other way around. Under Fay’s direction, however, the difference is remarkable. The atmosphere is now more welcoming, the service is now attentive and efficient, and it is abundantly clear that she takes great pride in every aspect of the restaurant’s cleanliness and performance.
Fay’s track record speaks for itself. During her time managing the SW 18th Street Burger Fi location, she successfully oversaw a noticeable increase in sales... a testament to her leadership, operational skill, and customer-first mindset. I have every confidence that she will achieve similar, if not greater, success at her current location. As word spreads that this West Boca restaurant is now under her management, I am certain that customer traffic and sales will grow significantly.
Personally, I look forward to being one of many loyal and returning customers who appreciate the care and dedication Fay brings to her business each day. My suggestion to her would be to immediately put up a huge banner saying UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT in an effort to recover years of lost patrons who would otherwise probably not return.
It is without hesitation that I recommend Fay as an outstanding operator and leader of the West Boca unit. Her work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to excellence set a high standard and make her a tremendous asset... both to the BurgerFi brand and to the community she serves.“
