“We were extremely well received. The burger was delicious, and since it was our last time at the restaurant because we are moving to another country, they gave us very special service, including a complimentary dessert.

“When I walked in, Andie was right there and ready to help. It was my first visit. She offered me all of the options. I enjoyed the food, it was a bigger, better version of the Steak & Shake burger. I believe that they are both Black Angus beef. The only negative thing that I have to say is about the location. It was obviously an afterthought and I hope that it lasts or moves to a different location. This was the Boca Raton location. If I'm in the area and am looking for a burger, that's the place.“

What really set the experience apart was the service. Nichollas was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone had a great experience. It’s becoming increasingly rare to find a restaurant where both the food and customer service are equally impressive, but Cluckface delivers on both fronts.

“The burgers here are always incredibly fresh, juicy, and packed with great flavor. I highly recommend ordering their double cheeseburger and a side of their hand-cut urban-style fries. The dining area is clean, modern, and has a great contemporary vibe that makes it perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. The only minor downside keeping it from five stars is that the pricing runs a bit high for a counter-service burger meal, but the quality of the ingredients helps justify the premium. Service is fast and the staff is very welcoming!“

“My kids and I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Besides how delicious the ice cream is, it’s the coolest thing in the world watching it get made and frozen right in front of your eyes. There are so many flavors to choose from and so many toppings. But the part where it gets frozen with nitrogen just never gets old. It’s mesmerizingly captivating. And the service is great!!! I’m from out of town, but whenever we’re back in Parkland, we’ll be sure to visit Sweet Lou’s for some nitrogen ice cream. We’re hooked!!!“
