“I recently visited BurgerFi and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The employees who helped me—Aliyah, Samson, and Soumara—were all friendly, professional, and worked together as a great team.

From the moment I walked in, Aliyah greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She was patient while taking my order, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was correct. Her positive attitude created a great first impression.

Samson was hardworking and efficient throughout my visit. He kept everything moving smoothly, and it was obvious that he cared about providing excellent service. Even while the restaurant was busy, he remained calm, respectful, and focused on making sure customers received their food quickly and accurately.

Soumara also stood out with exceptional customer service. They were polite, attentive, and made sure my meal was prepared just the way I ordered it. The food arrived fresh, hot, and delicious, showing the team’s attention to quality and detail.

“When I walked in, Andie was right there and ready to help. It was my first visit. She offered me all of the options. I enjoyed the food, it was a bigger, better version of the Steak & Shake burger. I believe that they are both Black Angus beef. The only negative thing that I have to say is about the location. It was obviously an afterthought and I hope that it lasts or moves to a different location. This was the Boca Raton location. If I'm in the area and am looking for a burger, that's the place.“

The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the location on Forest Hill Boulevard was easy to find. Overall, it felt like a solid local place for a quick bite without spending much.“
