“My boyfriend and I came down from Keystone Heights florida and found this bar & grill. We were sceptic at first but the atmosphere turned out to be GREAT. We had the best time, food was awesome, bar tender Stronda ( I think that's her name) was awesome, she made a mean margarita for me. We will definitely be coming back soon...“

This place isn’t just my wife’s favorite Venezuelan restaurant—it’s her comfort zone. Every time we walk in, it’s like someone opened a door to her childhood. The smells, the music, the way the staff greets her like she’s family—it’s beautiful to watch. And honestly, that alone would earn this place five stars.
But here’s the part that really matters to me: I’m not Venezuelan. I’m the cringo in the corner trying to pronounce “cachapa” without sounding like I’m ordering a Pokémon. And yet, they never make me feel out of place. The staff is kind, patient, and genuinely excited to share their culture. “Usually pretty good. I placed a pickup order online for a Carne Asada Burroto, picked it up, got home and opened it and it was some tacos. I think I got someone else's order. Called to see if I could bring it back and get the burrito I ordered and it immediately goes to voice mail repeatedly. Oh well...guess I'm having tacos? “My husband, my youngest son and I used to have lunch or dinner here. The stuff is friendly, respectful and helpful. You do not have to expend lot of time waiting.
We really enjoyed the Latin tasting, and the amount of food is more than enough for one person; thus often we can take some to home.

“Food is good at this location, here again proves which branch you go to counts - the one close by on State Rd 7 is nowhere as good as so many places on State Rd 7 South of Atlantic Blvd. seem to be. As with so many chain restaurants each location gets a different rating.“

“I work next door to this location and had to go over and right some wrongs that were done to mine and my coworkers meals. The manager on duty, (I do not know her name, unfortunately) on 4/11 was so quick, cordial, and kind. She obviously knows what great customer service looks like!“

“I had a great experience at La Brasa Grill in Coral Springs. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was excellent. I ordered a quarter chicken with rice and beans for just under ten dollars, which I found to be very reasonably priced. I’m looking forward to going back to try more items on their menu.“

“Visit this location on a regular basis, the location is great the staff is very friendly and welcoming especially the assistant manager Luis who will help you with any questions and minor issues. Went there on Tuesday and I didn’t get the beans that comes with my order and he was there to help out, he has excellent customer service skills which you don’t experience in other places.“

“First time here. I've known about this place for many years when I first saw the restaurant in Coral Springs and now they have 2 locations in Boca Raton and the food is excellent. The chicken soup is very good along with our dinners and full liquor as well. We highly recommend El Balcon de las Americas!“
