I went to dinner at this buffet yesterday with two other women. They had both eaten at Shinju previously, but I had not. I found the sushi some of the freshest I have ever eaten, with a very impressive array of sushi & roll options. I tried both the cocktail shrimp & a hot shrimp dish, as well. The one piece of tempura sweet potato I had was slightly cold. Ive been coming here off and on for a few years now. Food has been consistently good. When you come in, the sushi can be found in the island in the middle... with island of desserts. The sushi and sashimi is always fresh and tasty. Of course there is other food here if sushi is not your thing. Around the perimeter, There's the usual suspects here... soups, hibachi (Where they cook it up for you), crab legs, chicken and broccolli, mongolian beef... etc.. This is an outstanding buffet lunch and dinner with great variety and everything tastes terrific. The price is quite reasonable and service is quite good. The ambience is reasonably well done and the servers are polite and efficient
