“This is a pretty good place for a hotel bar and restaurant. However, they are missing a couple of things. First, the drinks are overpriced by $2-$3 each (at least). $19 for an Old fashioned at a hotel bar (and another dollar for an ice ball)? The best food here is the pizza (two topping for $16) which is cheaper than one drink. This is made up by darn good service. Not exceptional, but darn good. A couple of the bartenders make great drinks and are very good. Wait staff above average but nothing you’re going to brag about. No great or normal appetizers. No chips. No nachos. Cheese sticks for $18. Wings, board, or some other stuff that doesn’t make sense for a hotel bar. Missing some basics and high $ for what you get. However, there is no where else to go without taking an U er or car ride. So you are trapped for the prices and what they have.“

“I have been hearing about this place for a while. Finally had some down time and was enjoying a day with my wife just out doing nothing in particular. We decided to go and see for ourselves. Let me tell you they DID NOT disappoint at all. The server was great sorry don't remember her name. And the food holy schykees it was phenomenal. Started out with the Tot Bombs I believe is what they are called. The remoulade sauce was delicious and perfectly seasoned. I had the grouper basket and she had the seafood basket. The grouper was fresh and lightly breaded and cooked to PERFECTION. The seafood basket had a very healthy portion of Grouper.. Scallops... And shrimp all perfectly prepared. We will definitely be going back again and again and.... Well you get the point“

“The breakfast buffet was delicious, but the best part of all was the service. Our server Rafael was the best. He was the best server we ever had anywhere!!! He was so friendly and attentive, a real people person!!! Whatever wage he earns it should be tripled!!! They might even think about making someone like him the manager!!! He was that great!!!“

“I love the place, but the Sarasota Location needs faster bartenders. In addition, they need a place for guest waiting for a table to order a drink at the bar. We waited 45 minutes for a table, got to the table and waited 30 to 40 minutes for our mixed drink. We received our food in about 20 minutes, which was great. Jonathan the server was very apologetic. I went 2 weeks ago and Mary Kate my bartender/server was horribly slow. I had one drink and wings and took about an hour on a Sunday about 1pm. She had no sense of urgency and was not attentive at all. I love the place, but can't continue to go if this slow service is the norm from the bar. At the Tampa location the service was great and they had not one table available. Sarasota needs to step it up!“

“The service was over the top. Without exception every server and greeter had a great and welcoming attitude! Great beer selection. It had a super fun atmosphere and though the place was pretty packed, I think the high ceilings helped the acoustics so you could still hold a conversation easily at your table. Unfortunately, the pizza was a little lacking for my tastes but I do recognize I can be a pizza snob. The crust was thin but too airy and seemed like whoever was watching the oven that night let them stay in a little long. All three of ours were a bit on the dark side enough so that you could taste it. Cheese and sauce were on point with flavor and quality. Overall a nice experience and we'll be back.“

“If I could give this place more stars, I absolutely would. My family and I decided to eat at Nino‘s last night for my husband‘s birthday 9/11. The place is so welcoming our waiter Pauly was absolutely amazing. He was on point with everything and my kids adored him. we are originally from the park but haven’t eaten at Nino’s in a few years and it’s still the same. I always say it’s the little things that matter most and this hotel exhibited the little things that matter most at its finest. The hospitality is unmatched, from how I was greeted by each staff member, to the impeccable service at the coffee shop, front desk, bellmen, the adult pool and the various restaurants. The ocean front room added the magic touch…I would highly recommend it and I throughly enjoyed having morning coffee and evening tea on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves. Cleanliness throughout the hotel including the hotel and pool bathrooms was superb. Thank you to the entire staff at the Naples Ritz Carlton for making my trip so amazing and relaxing…and one that I will never forget! I can’t wait to return! “Another great restaurant at The Ritz Carlton. Service was fabulous, so helpful telling us all the details of the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. The sushi rolls had incredible flavor and many different flavor combinations than we’ve had before. Based on our servers suggestion, we ordered a few making rolls to share. It was the perfect way to go! They also have a very fun drink menu. Just be aware, the tables are slightly lower than regular dining tables. Definitely more of a relaxed feeling. It worked out for us, but it might not be for everyone.“
