“I'd love to give them 5 stars but not this time.
I'm here right now visiting this location before a meeting. Had a roast beef Sub.
The staff seems caring which is great, but hygiene is my concern. Erik was preparing my sub. He didn't seem to hear what I was saying re what to add on it which is odd as I'm a public speaker and everyone understands what I say.
Mostly the concern is that he was already wearing the gloves but touched his nose while working on my sub. I saw another staff member doing it again just moments ago.
This makes me feel concerned about hygiene. Hope they improve on this.

“I like my Deluxe brisket sandwich but I had specifically asked for my husband sandwich not to have anything on it just cheese and meat and they put horseradish sauce on it so when I brought it home my husband was not pleased. I was very specific about my order standing there telling them it was my first visit so a little disappointed that my instructions were not listen to but my personal sandwich was good.“

“I just moved here from new york and have never been to firehouse subs before. After going to firehouse subs. I love it. The food was great. It was 1000 times better than subway. Can't wait to go back.“

“Went to get some clothes taken care of at J & J tailoring and found this great large foodcourt in the mall. A nice choice of serving locations. Went to Charley's Steak sandwich shop and itwas fast service,low prices,,large and very tasty Phily style steak sandwiches That we were able to share with a side of very hot and crisp french fries and a fruit drink each. Good family style seating in the center court. Polite servers. A nice change of pace from the regular fast food places. Great for the entire family. Lots of res,taurant choices,but this one was very good. Hot,fresh and very tasty. Lots of ,steak onions,peppers ,etc. and a nice drizzle topping.Try it.“
