“Very clean establishment. The bathrooms are large and very clean. The bartender was super nice and friendly. You can order beer, mixed drinks and wine but don't expect food. However, the bartender had no problem allowing us to bring food in. He even provided plates and napkins for us.“

“Canadian Legion Member for 45 years. I have been coming to the Post 24 Legion for the past 23 years and find it is top notch in every way possible. The Legion is a wonderful building with so many activities, friendly patrons, super staff who serve wonderful meals. “This place is pretty cool a nice atmosphere with the music not too loud, decent prices, and the pizza is decently good for a bar that isn’t really a restaurant. I’ve been here 3 times for the pizza and each time it’s not an Italian restaurant quality but it beats the heck out of dominoes or Pizza Hut. The bar tender with the long hair, he is super nice, very attentive, and an awesome overall due. Give them a try.“

“If you can overlook the cigarette smoke. This bar offers awesome karaoke and Bingo events. They also have 3 or 4 Valley pool tables. There's always groups waiting to play on the pool tables. I believe that Sunday afternoons, they offer free pool.“

“The restraunt is on the 8th floor allowing for spectacular views of the Manatee River. It’s been open 1 month. Hostess & servers were attentive. Presentation of the food was lovely. Beverages:Eighth floor & Palomita Fresa (pink) were delightful. Wagyu carpaccio ( tasty) Caribbean lobster bisque ( chunks of lobster) , Wagyu filet & lobster, Wagyu filet & crab cake ( the filet could be cut with a butter knife. Lots of crab) , Brussel sprouts ( I would pass on ordering at next visit) lobster Mac & cheese ( chunks of lobster and flavorful) tropical paradise ( a bit of tart & cream paired) & Chocolate Praline Truffle ( rich & indulgent). Kitchen to table was not rushed, a lil longer delay than expected. We weren’t in hurry and were there for the experience.“

We even had a golf cart called for us to go to our destination afterwards, driven by Bridget who took the scenic route!This is the kind of customer service that was much needed after a hectic day. “Can’t say much about the food here but the marina service is top notch ! The marina could use some work and it’s not as fancy as other places around, but we come back year after year and rent a slip and storage May-August solely because of Harley. He is always a joy to interact with, honest and hardworking. He addresses any issue or concern with haste, makes us feel like family every summer and is always super accommodating to my handicapped father when he comes with us to the marina which means the world to us. Can’t say enough good things about him!“

The blue martini was perfect as was the raspberry mocha espresso martini. Had the calamari, and red snapper, my husband had the NY Strip and mashed potatoes.
