I had the most wonderful solo dining experience! The hostess Helen, bartender/waiter Glen, and the manager Ryan (I apologize if I have that wrong, we only met briefly) were so considerate and went out of their way to take good care of me, even after the mayor of Bradenton and his crew showed up haha! The food was good, the sunset view was phenomenal, and the staff are genuinely so welcoming and kind even when they're super busy!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Oyster River Restaurant. Our server, Gabe, was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. He was knowledgeable, checked on us regularly, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
We were also impressed that Manager Joey (Joseph Urgo) took the time to visit our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. That personal touch showed how much they care about their guests and the overall dining experience.

From top to bottom this location is fantastic. The service team works in dynamic harmony to ensure the customer is well taken care of. The server Charles shared with the bartender Glenn that I wanted Basil Haydens and Glenn went from the rooftop to the basement to get my drink. Incredible. Oyster River Rooftop is a lovely place with wonderful ambiance and rooftop views. The restaurant is on the 8th floor, offering spectacular views of the Manatee River. The hostess and servers are attentive. The menu includes Oysters Rockefeller, lobster/clam linguine, Wagyu carpaccio, Caribbean lobster bisque, and lobster Mac & cheese. Drinks like Eighth floor and Palomita Fresa are delicious. The mussels were fresh and flavorful, and the sea bass was perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. Dessert was phenomenal. The restaurant is great for friend, family, and client gatherings, providing a wonderful experience. Charles at the bar was outstanding with great recommendations. James was knowledgeable and attentive. The views are priceless.
