“It has been over a year that we haven't been received the great customer service that we received at Panera Bread. I made a mistake when I placed my order, and I didn't notice until later. The lady who took care of my order was very nice and asked the manager about the issue. They fixed it at no additional charge even when I offered to pay for my mistake. No wonder why Panera Bread has no competition. They customer service is just wonderful. And is grately appreciated. Thank you!“
